Got the same message as others have that this is the IRS and a lawsuit was filed against me. No certified letter thus a scam. It is a recorded message.

Same as others. IRS scam gave phony case number. Hang up don't bother with them.

I received a call, didn't recognized number let it go to voicemail.  They claimed to be an officer with Internal Revenue Service, that they have been trying to get a hold of me and that their is a lawsuit against me.  Haven't seen the lawsuit

I get harrassed daily!  Today they left a computer message telling me I'm being sued!  So i looked up the number..got this.  Last week i talked to a guy..first thing he wanted was my address..Yelled at him shouldn't you fn have that ??.  [***]!  Quit calling!

Says the IRS has filed a lawsuit against me and I must call. This is a known hoax.

Claiming to be an IRS Agent from the Tax & Audit division for intentionally defrauding the IRS and issuing a warrant for my arrest if not paid within 45 minutes.

IRS scam. I have blocked several numbers claiming to be the IRS. I got a live person a few weeks ago and asked him to tell me what IRS stands for, he hung up :)

Whoever own this number should be arrested and prosecuted - wasted my data plan

Got a FINAL call claiming IRS agent and notifying me IRS filling a law suit against me and to call 785-392-6087............this has to be a scam.  Came from a NY,NY # 646-568-1992.

Got a call from 646-568-1992 claiming to be from the IRS I immediately disconnected the call mid sentence and blocked this number. This is a scam don't answer just block the number. The IRS would never call you, they mail out a letter to you.

Answering machine message says they're the 'General Officer" of the IRS, claiming that they're going to file suit against me and to call some other number... SCAM

The same call as everyone else with the same words.  This was the second call (different number) within two minutes.  Both claiming to be from the IRS. They have been telling me this is my final notice for three years.  Scam

Just go call from male recorded voice saying IRS is trying to contact me; gave some off the wall # to call back begininning with 222.
