They called and asked for me...not to many people named Nadine....then claimed to be ramsey county child care...but then all of a sudden said they had the wrong number when I said they were speaking to Nadine and what they were calling for and of coarse right then she claimed to have the wrong number and hung up on me. What are these people up to since you can't call them back

6512669990 appears to be a number used by employees of the Ramsey County Gov to conceal who  they are and thereby call persons at all hours of the day or night without accountability.

This is apparently the default number that shows up on caller ID for Ramsey County government services, regardless of what line the caller is placing the call from.

The call I received from 651-266-9990 was from a social worker in the Ramsey County Long Term Care division who was responding to my request for assistance with a disabled adult I am guardian for; I was given a direct extension to respond to in the 651-266-xxxx range of Ramsey Co designated numbers.

They called me at 1:27 p.m. I answered "This is Lindsey" and a woman said "I'm sorry, I have the wrong number." That was the end of the conversation.

Not too sure about the jail lines, but this is the number that pops up when my probation officer calls, i don't know why i'm here being i already know where the number came from, i just wanted to see if it was listed.

They keep calling from this number.  
Alll I get is a series of beeps.

The guy I talked to was Bret Larson (spelling ???).  He's with the Ramsey County Assessor's Office.

It's the Ramsey County court phone.  Someone who is on jury duty probably called.  My wife just called me from this number because they wouldn't let her use her cell phone while she was in the jury pool.

This is the number that shows up on Caller ID for any calls coming from a phone number owned by government offices in Ramsey County.  The reason is that there are literally thousands of phone numbers from all the government offices within Ramsey county via trunk lines routed through a computer network.

Yes, as everyone can see, this is an outgoing line from Ramsey County for various services.  Most outgoing lines cannot be called back, and that is why people don't normally get responses.

This number just called me twice in 4 minutes. I came on here to see who it was. On the second call it said I had a new voicemail, and when I went to check it, it said I had a new fax message.. I don't think I can check this on my phone, so I guess I am stuck with a "new voicemail" until I can figure it out.  :(

iam from st.paul got this call at 10.00  also it could be from jail.

called number and said the same as below ramsey count city of st paul general number displayed on caller id... this call could have been made by some one at the county office and possibly by mistake if no message was left just ignore it bla bla bla

I didnt answer, i used to live in ramesy cty 3-4 years ago. Colorado now.
