Same here I heard jazz music

Teeny-bop voice inquiring about my daughter.  I stated I was the mother.  She then said she meant another name (sounded similar to my daughter's name).  I asked who was calling and she rambled on about nothing and then rattled off my cell phone number that she has called before.  I told her I have had that cell number for over 8 years and have never received a call from her before.  She then asked me to repeat it back to her and I hung up.

Very irritating and waste of my time.

Received three calls from this number today. Ignored the first two calls because generally I dont answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. By the third time I was annoyed and decided to answer. I had all the intent of giving the caller a verbal assault, however I recognized the voice. It was my Ex boyfriend calling from the Ramsey County assistance office asking me to help him fill out some forms. I said fill out your own damn papers and blocked this number.

This guy keep calling for awhile now asking for my newborn son's social security number because we have medical assistant through Ramsey County. I told him to send me a letter of any kind and he said he sent 2 letters to my house the past months and I never seen it. No way I am gonna give him the SSN over the phone,

Calls keep coming from this number with unidentified caller.   When calling back it
says "I've received this call from Ramsey County display…. and may be a mistake…"

This number is from the Ramsey County Courthouse reminding jurors of their upcoming jury summon.  

I'm getting calls and it's a relative who ended up in detox in ramsey county. :/ hope that helps.

I received a call from 651.266.9990 and its a Ramsey County (caller ID) general number which nobody will answer if you call them back. But, if you call 651.266.3547 and state the name of the individual your looking for they will call their name out loud and they will come to the phone accordingly, as they're in DETOX, sobering up. Thank you.

This number called me 6 times today and left no voice mail. Decided not to called back since I didn't even know the number.

Got a call at 7 a.m. on my cell phone, which is not a public number so rarely gets spam calls.  Didn't answer, and didn't get a voicemail.  From this and another site, it appears that this is a Ramsey County government number that people may call from jail or detox as well as various county offices.  So it's likely the caller isn't the same one, although they sure have more than their fair share of wrong numbers!

They called me today and left a voicemail saying they were a Saint Paul fire inspector on my property at 926 justice.  The guy sounds half asleep and that street doesn't exist.

This is a bogus number used by a collection agency located in Minnesota. NEVER ANSWER CALLERS YOU DO NOT KNOW. THIS COMPANY JCC  IS RELENTLESS. They have hundreds of numbers thru several states. Block all unknown numbers. They have followed me for 5 years

I received a call from this number at 10:40am on January 19, 2016. The voicemail was from my case worker for my health care. Why can't the the number be identified? The government should have separate phone numbers listed when someone calls from health services, courthouse, and/or the jail, not some bulk number.

Just got a call from this number.  Strange thing is, the person didn't leave a message but you could hear that he/she was still on the line.  WIERD.

It's detox. People are trying to remember a number of someone to come get them out. When I found out it was my drunk ass mom again I blocked the number.
