This number called my office number and a kid (I'd guess middle school age) on the other end said "mom?" I asked who they were trying to call and I couldn't understand exactly what they were saying. I heard something about "mom" again and it sounded like there was another person present, and they hung up the phone. From reading past comments, my guess is it was a kid calling out of the Ramsey courthouse.
