All these bunch of crooks are interconnected. FYI they share all our contact details among themselves. Don't be surprised, the new company will have all your contract details including your IC copy. Just don't believe whatever the non sense they say.

Thank you for all the postings.  Received a call yesterday from an Antony Gonzales, asking me to go to #17-09 Chinatown Point to recover the timeshare investment that I put in some years back.  He said that the company has been dissolved and the money will go back to all the investors.  I can get back Stg 40K.  Called the number back but there was no pick up.  Went to that unit ahead of the appointment time, but it was empty.  It has the signage Club AX Services Pte Ltd.  After reading this thread, I can expect the guy to ask me to pay for the service, etc.  It is indeed a scam.  Don't wish waste my time.

Was infd in de letter that we would get 61800 sterling pound. But.. we hv to pay up a lump sum ok $11K. We did nt agree to it, but Azroy (snr consultant) of club ax said he's willing to fork out $8K while we top up de bal. will be meeting them this mon (16 jul 18). Will update again for more info

After i read this message i also went to Philipines to see. Its a virtual office. I went to places where they say they put my investment. It was very hard to find but with the help of a local friend i manage to find it and saw one of the sales agent. My visa is soon to expire. I will go again this year to dig more info

Now Solution Recovery, Financial and Auditing Company called me.  When I asked for official letter, they stop calling me.  Another scammer.

No. They want me to pay 10% of proceeds for legal and admin fee to appoint a power of attorny. All [***]. I asking for my initial payment back but they told me to write to Fairoak. Pushing me around....I call CASE and they siad since it involve timeshare investment, it is out of their scope. Not sure what to do now....

When you received a call from 69208594, please hang up. This is a scam company calling for Timeshare refund money. This call is from Club AX Services Pte Ltd, now they changed to ReaLax Services Pte Ltd.
Please aware of this company. DO NOT meet them, just ignore.

On 16 Jul 18, we signed a Power Of Attorney (POA) with lawyer, Thirumurthy Ayernaar Pambayan of Murthy & Co as the amt to be disbursed is more than S$50K. The POA had been submitted to Singapore High Court on 25 Jul 18. We had received a copy of the POA and was infd that the process will take abt 4-6 mths. I’m keeping my finger cross and hoping for good news.

Well, looks like you are both getting scammed and don't realize it.

I was contacted by guy Anthony  Fernandez and also met Azroy at Realax Services Pte Ltd location :Chinatown Point #17-09 (they have name card with previous office at Peninsular Plaza #21-01). Their name card with an email being scratch out with pen (clubaxservices@workmail.com). We were told to pay S$4,000 with certain  enthusiasm on their part to apply pressure that we pay the brokerage fee to the company  Fairoak Escrow Limited UK for the release of fun around 51,000 Pounds. There was a stage where we resisted their sales pressure, with which they too offer to reduce to S$2,000 while their company will pay for the other S$2,000, which we ultimately turned them down. I've been trying very hard to catch their mistake throughout the meeting but due to their constant pressure and excuse of limited time and having their next appointments on the way, made things difficult with short  time to consider and pressure at that moment to decide. Their offer to reduce S$2,000 should be one indication of things not right. Also i noticed the chair which Anthony was sitting was scratching on the back wall with freshly gouged marks, that tells me he has not been sitting in that office for that long a time. Ask him how long been there and he reply since last year. Told him if he can show some original documents with proper original seals and got some bulls**t excuses.Initially giving some bull options but ended up more eager to push for us to terminate the timeshare contract and take-up his offer.Then say its late and having next meeting short but later forgot and mention another timing 30minutes further, which after we left the office and hang around to observe to find him leaving home for that evening(another bulls**t lie). Throughout the meeting , no assistance was at hand and he had to run around making photocopies, stapling, printing, re-printing
