I have my own legal advisors. I can only say to all out there : never put in good money after bad.  If there are genuine buyers or people willing to help you, they should not be asking you to put in more money. If chances are so good for recovery as they will often promise you, why won't they accept sharing in the recovery with them taking a bigger portion?

To All: Please do more diligent research before making any decisions(ie investing, transferringof your timeshare)  in any company. Trust your instincts if you feel like something is not right. Seek legal advise if necessary. That is the reasonable action to take if you feel like you have been robbed of your hard earned money by these scam artists.

Have anybody been approached by Allied Solutions Group Pte Ltd.  They highlighted that they are able to redeem the preferences shares of Nixdorf AX but need to pay upfront a fees.

Has anyone been contacted by this person called Raj Sullivan who claimed that he is from Club AX Services Pte Ltd about claiming our investment monies from AX holdings?  I also received a letter from AX Escrow Limited claiming that they are acting on behalf to recuperate the monies due from the COE with AX holdings.

I have also received the letter from AX Escrow Limited. Club AX Services Pte Ltd had also called me to execute a Power of Attorney with Murthy & Co and was made to pay an amount of S$6,400.  I am now also stuck and unsure whether is this a scam again.  Did you go ahead?

No, I did not. Just got another email letter signed by some unknown person from AX Holdings Ltd claiming that they have appointed AX Escrow Ltd for the disbursing of our monies.  I ran a check on AX Escrow Ltd on the website - it was registered only in Feb 2017 and addressed in UK with no financial details.  There are two names listed - Mrs Emelda Jones and Mr Peter Ashworth.  Sounds fishy!

I went Philippines for holiday. I went to see Nixdorf office. The receptionist say there is no Nixdorf. I notice also that it is a virtual office! so where are they calling from??? and where can we find them??

I also received a call from Club AX Services Pte Ltd telling me about the same thing. I went to Club AX Services Pte Ltd in ChinaTown point, the guy wanted to help me register with AX Escrow Limited and charge me S$1000 admin fee. I said that you can deduct it from the money due from the COE, he did not agree, so I didn't go ahead.

yesterday, went to Club AX services at Chinatown point, 17th fl. Was told by S. Azroy the same thing. Need to pay upfront $1000 as registration fee to redeem the COE..

Hi, I have the same situation as "FoolthatBelieve". My wife and I went to Chinatown point on 19 Jan 2018 and met this guy named S. Azroy. We were made to pay him S$1000 for his services as a consultant. The next meeting one week later he told us that we that we have to pay 10% administrative and legal fee from the disbursement which amounts to a 5 figure sum!!! I have asked AX Escrow Limited and S. Azroy to offset the 10% from the disbursement payout, but they have not agreed. They are now asking for a reduced sum of S$2000 and in cash! S. Azroy has not been contactable since last week.
So, has anybody any update of your disbursement process so far?

I went to Chinatown Pt in Jan and did not agreed to pay the $1000 admin fee and told him to offset from my COE.  In Feb 18 another guy called me to go One Fullerton business centre to settle my COE,  told him to send the official email before I go down and didn't hear from them.

I also went to One Fullerton Office, but this one is a different company from Ax Club trying to scam me another 5 figures amount using the UOB bank charges of 8% as the remittance fee to recover my money in UK Escrow but the requirement is  to pay the amount to their company instead of direct to UOB Bank. So I just walk off and forgo it.

I also paid the S$1000 to S. Azroy in Chinatown--was told that this is the registration fee for the early disbursement of my AX Treasures amount maturing next year. Two months after the payment, suppose to receive disbursement, but instead received letter to pay 10% legal fee with their company appointed lawyers for the POA. Then I told Azroy that if he were to tell me all this, I would not have parted my $1000 for the registration fee and ask for refund. He asked me to email to the UK Escrow office for the refund of my $1000. But almost 2 months, still no reply. I am considering going to CASE to pursue for my refund of $1000.

Thanks for sharing here. But I was contacted twice last year -first at different location at shophouse in South Bridge Road which I did not pay the $1000 and second time in current Chinatown point and met the same person Azroy. I was convinced because this company is indeed to AX. So I thought the registration fee is required or even as the fee.

I went to see Azroy in March (I think) and paid the $1000. Today, I was getting ready to pay the 5-figure sum at 3pm later, at the lawyer's office at People's Park Complex. Luckily, my husband chanced upon this thread. I will still go and see Azroy but I have left my cheque book and credit card behind.

I don't quite understand the purpose of your visit having you read the thread. Anyways Good Luck !!!
