Hi, I too have fallen a victim to these low life, I am receiving messages without any option to text STOP to them, they just take your money, even though you have not requested their service or subscribed., I have this morning rung my network provider who have given me their number AND email address, unfortunately, on calling them, no one answered, (surprise, surprise) so instead I have emailed them, should this texting not stop I will then be passing their details onto my local police station and trading standards, I think all of you should do the same.

Got a number from orange for mob candy got answer machine left message got no response. These companies should be investigated and banned

recieved a text to say I had won somethimg. I texted back "STOP"   but still had £3.55 debited from my account!!!!!!!!!!

text STOP ALL in capital letters.  I got a message back saying i had sucessfully unsubscribled, although I had not subscribed to it all.

have called the number......no answer

have text stop both in lower case and upper case.  Have received no confirmation saying I have unsubscribed.  Phone contract is up tomorrow.  Will be changing my number

This number texed my number asking me to join some betting scheme, I said NO  but they took £3 from my phone account.
I am a pensioner and cannot afford this money stolen from me

Please don't ever give your email address on the web as then your email address details will be picked up and spammed. There are tools that crawl sites gathering email addresses. You should really ask for your comment to be removed so your email address is not on here. The IT people in companies are sadly also known to sell data so for internet shopping you should also create an email address you use just for that. Same for mobile numbers - never give your number anywhere it will be published on the web such as a comment in a forum etc. This is probably why we are getting these stupid texts.

Got a few texts one after the other even though I kept texting stop and they said I had unsubscribed. Not sure how to stop this.

How do I stop this, is there no law for this type of marketing?

Hi. yes, I text stop and received a message saying " Thanks.  You have successfully unsubscribed"  Then an hour and a half later received a text from peachywin only asking if I wanted to enter and this text cost me £4.50.  I am extremely angry with these people who have unscrupulous "business" practices stealing and it is theft from others. My phone is pay as you go I prefer this method because I dont like throwing money away. This is to speak to my family and everytime I top up they are stealing.  I will use another phone and sim and never again will I be stupid enough to trust these people, who are deceitful.  Would like to see who wins!!!!haha

I keep getting texts from this lot do not know how they got my number  but every text that comes through I loose credit
