Another "I'm Sorry" and hang up. Number blocked!

Received a call from this number.  Voice said "I'm sorry" and hung up.  I put it on my block list.  Very creepy!

Called and I did not recognize the number, so I didn't pick up. Really creepy thread, man...

Got a call on my cell at 11:00am.   Came up as United States as the caller lol.   Looked it up to see the real deal and Blocked the number

Got a call from this number. The tag said USA. as soon as I answered it said “sorry” and hung up. I looked up the number and found out it’s not the USA. And is linked to scamming

Got a call last night from this number. Did not answered did not know any one from this area code. Looked it up and it was a scam.
