Called my cell this evening, lady said she was from Nelson Hirsch Attorneys and had a legal matter involving fraud which we needed to discuss.  She left a case number and callback of 678-593-2244 although caller ID had it as 678-593-2340.  The woman said my full name, first and last, several times throughout the call, and asked for me or my attorney to call.  She had a Middle Eastern accent.  She ended the call with the words "good luck" which was the same as another outfit which called a year ago multiple times and ended the call the same way, I had found that other group to be a scam and this seems like it as well.

Didn't Aswer call because I didn't recognize the number. This company has multiple numbers being routed to the same system. Add this number to you list.

I received a call today from this "company" "Nelson, Hirsh, & Associates"/ rep: Javon Hagans. wanting to collect on a bill from a "xtracash1000.com from 2006. First of all I knew that I had never heard of this company, 2nd the account number given was closed almost 10 yrs ago, and 3rd: all of the information that he had was previous to the supposed transaction date. I gave him no info of mine and quickly ran to the bank of reference and had them confirm that my account was closed and I called him back and gave him the fraud dept #. Never heard back. After reading these posts, I truely believe that this was a SCAM. Do not pay or give out ANY personal information!!!

Look, we are not a scam. Y'all need to pay for something that you took out. It's our job to try to help you before it gets to the point where you do get taken to court. Look, think what you want, but it is not no scam and all we ask is for you to take care of your bills and stop saying we are a scam. Y'all are the scam. Your scamming your way to not pay your bills, so tell me who the scam is..

These people called me too they helped me take care of something i never payed back and they even helped me get it off my credit they gave me a payment plan that i could afford they really did help me alot very nice people..

Called my 96 year old aunt on her new cell phone even though we have listedit on Do Not Call. She doesn't know not to answer these calls when shedoesn't know the people.can't really see the number on the phone. It's a Jitterbug and they have NO WAY to block unwanted calls. DON't Buy One!

im getting a call from someone name javon saying if i dont pay a loan back that i was going to be put in jail so there told me to have my layer call them just to scare me.

learn how to spell the company name is Nelson Hirsh and associates. Pay your bills and you will not have to deal with any calls. If you were bold enough to take out a loan be bold enough to pay it back. dumb [***]

I got a call from an 'agent piglisese' stating that I had commited bank fraud and that she had individuals willing to testify against me.  She accused me of being a criminal numerous times, told me I was a bad person and that I needed to pay her TODAY, or there would be a summons at my place of employment tomorrow.  She refused to give me dates or any further information about the alleged 'crime' that I had committed, stating "I don't have time for this."  I have three current Federal clearances at present; when I informed her of that and told her that I couldn't possibly be a criminal, she just started with the 'script' all over again.

I called the sherriffs office and then the state police after our conversation - they advised me that this was most likely a fraud and to NOT give any banking information to her/them.

Wow!  First let me say that ????????? from the company, can't spell or write a sentance!  You work at an "alleged" law firm?  Where did you get your education...NOT HARVARD!

Some one listening...as a lawyer myself, I would never post a comment like that or call people names.

If you work for these people, I would run from there before you are arrested as well for FRAUD when this all comes down.  

Seriously, you are going to call innocent people with lies of "fraud" and unpaid bills that do not exist, when you are the ones doing the FRAUD!

"Tooking" to Court? What attorneys office will have individuals working for them using this type of grammar.  That in itself proves that you all are a scam.

They called me also. Why does the state of Georgia allow this to continue. Are they lawyers? I think not!

This is a scam owned by a mexican couple in Ga. payday loans are not legal in Ga. and they cannot legaly collect for one. They bought a list of old debts most over the statute of limitations and not collectable the notes were bought at a deep discount pennies on the dollar. The lists they buy are just lists with information which is why they can never produce a contract even an online agreement. Know your rights the statute of limitations has expired for the vast majority if not all. A get rich scheme by forigners using low pay boiler room flunkies on a small commission. Do not pay these low lifes send them a registered letter demanding stop calling once done and it continues you may sue them. I am.

May 12 and 13 2010 I was called and a foremr relation of mine was contacted by telelphone by someone calling themselves AGENT FUALKNER  called and said she was representing Hirsch and Nelson and had been given a case involving money I was supposed to owe someone that she failed to elaborate about.  I called back no answer and told this person Not to contact the senior she had contacted about me.  She called me on my cell the next day left a threatening message saying she would contact employers, etc.  I tred to return her call and no answer.  I told her I didn't have any outstanding bills and to not call again.
 I beleive this person is a fraud and I will turning this information over to the state attorney general's office NYS and the local office of the FBI.

This is as far as I have gotten. I have been getting calls just like yours. I am going to find out how to record the call off my cell phone and report them as well. Something is very fishy here.

Dont have a problem paying it now. I would like to have the information sent to me on what they have before I release any money. I am so glad that you are do so well in these past economic times.

This company is simply looking for its money from all of you bottom feeders that have stolen money from the payday loan companys and went hiding like some type of scared puppy.  Pay your bills no one has all of your personal information including your social security number, your banking info and all of your friends or family as references if you did not take out the loan.  At the time you were about to get the money you would have gave them a key to your house had they asked for it you just wanted that money and now that it is time to make good on it , it is all of a sudden a scam.  PAY YOUR BILLS YOU CAREER BOTTOM FEEDERS, THAT GOING AROUND GETTING LOANS AND NEVER PAYING THEM BACK IS GETTING OLD, REMEMBER ALL GOOD THINGS COME TO AN END AND YOUR END IS NEAR EITHER THROUGH THE COMPANY OR GARNISHMENT OR COURT.  PAY YOUR BILL AND NO ONE HAS A NEED TO CALL YOU, IF YOU DON'T WANT TO PAY THE BILL, ITS SIMPLE DON'T GET THE DAMN LOAN!!!
