SCANDALOUS beyond belief!
OK, for those of you that may still be having trouble, call 0870 1213186 which is Jamster customer services. If your kid is under 18, they will put a block on the number. They have just made £25 odd out of me/my idiot 11 year old son, but when I gave them my sons number they blocked it, and assured me that he will get no more texts.

Apparently it is for ring tones, that kind of nonsense.
Grrrrrrrrrr, to say I am pissed off is an understatement, but goes to show that kids need monitoring EVERYWHERE!

Having given my son a good telling off when he came in, to be told he had not downloaded ANY stuff from them. So back on the phone to Jamster, and they are going to send a cheque to me to refund the money. I hope it actually comes. So no, NOT my stupid son, just a bloody rip off!

If you have a problem with getting text messages costing you £1.50 x3 - simply call jamsters number 0870 1213186 and explain that you want to cancel the subscription and they will immediately cancel it with a confirmation text.

I've recieve 3 x Texts on 7/12/11 then a nother 3 x text on 14/12/11, same again on 21/12 and 28/12
all charching me £1.50 a text how can I get my money back, and how do i stop it

BE AWARE. They send 3 texts at the same time each for £1.50. My daughter bought a ring tone from them months ago and ever since £4.50 every week.
Call them NOW, they 'say' they will send me a refund, we shall see. If they are under 16 its illegal anyway.

My son got text messages from this number and was charged £1.50 per text message received from them costing me over £35.00. This should simply be not allowed by this company and get away with it.

Is there anyway that I can stop getting message from this number?

I only noticed I was getting these 3 in a row at the same time £4.50.
Haven't a clue who who sent them.I paid to receive them

Hi Ring 0870 121 3186 and complain, I got a refund because my daughter had not actually downloaded anything.  This is a real scam!  Good luck.

I've just found 5 x £1.50 premium text received items on my mobile bill. Thanks for the tip about stopping it. What a rip off.

£22 charges in texts from this company that I cannot see or find out who they are. A complete scam. How do I stop this !
