I received a voice message today after not making it to the phone. The caller left the following message in a threatening tone "To bad your not home, this is NSA."I researched and found that NSA is an organization that provides a confidential phone line hiding the actual callers number from caller ID. I and anyone else should be concerened if they call is not coming from someone you know. Apparently this is a pay phone redirect and quite honestly the message gave me chills.

This is like they said a payphone... someone you know is probably trying to contact you and you don't answer it.. like I did.. the first time I got this call I didn't answer it and then a message came on and it was from my boyfriend... Since I know he has no means to travel unless he secretly won the lottery and hadn't told me but he left a message and said he'd call again the next day.. he didn't cuz I called him.. but the next time he called which was 2 more time's after the same number popped up... it was him.  Answer your phone people! Someone you know is trying to call you..

Received a call from this number on 7/6/09 at 10:00 AM.  They did not leave a message.

there is a pay phone that was installed this weekend 7/14/09 on a vacant home at 1426 ramsay st. baltimore md 21223.  when you call from this phone you get 7024444939 show up on the caller id.  I spoke to a company in nevada and they no longer own the pay phone, now owned by a new york company.  Here's the thing, there appears too be some company stealing info to make their payphones work because this phone has no identifying marks or anything to trace it and the new york company doesn't install phones in MD, only new york and nevada.  more info to come, but this could be a drug operation becuase this phone is located in a very drug infested area and addict and dealer mainly use it.

Ok people...there is no need to get in a panic about this number.  It is a payphone redirect number.  The number recirculates to all the payphones that this company owns.  This number came up on my phone and I answered it...it was a friend of mine up in Kansas City, Missouri.  He said he was at a payphone.

I've been getting missed calls from this # several times. WHO IS IT? I don't know, thats why I don't answer. If they know me they will leave a message.

So now is this pay phone in Antioch?!

I received a call from this number at 5:39 am on a Saturday morning, on my cell.  When I called it back there was a (particularly rapid) busy signal.  It sounds like it may be a template number through which pay phone calls from all over the country, are routed.  <<---my opinion.

This number shows up when you receive a call from certain payphones. My boyfriend used it to call me. We live in PA and he was not in Nevada so everyone should relax!

THIS IS A PAYPHONE MY BOYFRIEND ALWAYS CALLS ME ON HIS WAY BACK FROM ARIZONA SO WHEN HE HITS YUMA ARIZONA HE CALLS FROM THE PAYPHONE AND ITS ALWAYS THE SAME PAYPHONE BUT IT ALWAYS GIVE A RANDOM NUMBER WITH THE AREA CODE STARTING WITH 702 AND SO THIS PHONE COMPANY THATS PICKING UP THE CALL LIKE LONG DISTANCE CARRIER ARE GENERATING A DIFFERENT NUMBER EACH TIME. CAUSE ONLY SOMETIMES WE WILL GET THE SAME NUMBER. SOME OF THE COMMON NUMBERS THAT HAVE REPEATED ARE 702-444-4939,702-560-9176, 214-969-5489. I USE TO IGNORE THE NUMBERS THINKING THEY WERE TELEMARKETERS BUT I GOT IN TROUBLE FOR IGNORING THEM CAUSE IT WAS MY BF.      LOL

I live in New York City, and I got a call from this number at 1:05 p.m. today on my cell phone, which has a (347) area code. I know that the (702) area code is for Nevada, and I don't know anyone who lives in Nevada. Since I am self-employed, and use my cell phone for my business, I just assumed that it was a marketing call or an out-of-state client, only I thought it a little strange that either one would call on a Sunday. I didn't answer, and the caller left no voicemail. I tried the number back twice, and the phone didn't even ring - the line just went silent.

About five minutes later, the same number came up on my private home landline, which has a (718) area code. I have never given my home phone number to anyone connected with my business, so I knew it had to be a legitimate personal call. I picked up, and the party on the other end asked for me by name, and introduced herself as Camille. I had met a woman by that name off the internet about 2 weeks ago, but we'd never spoken on the phone or met in person, and I vaguely remember her saying that her phone was broken at the time, and that was the reason I never had her phone number. She asked me if I wanted to meet up with her later today, and I asked how that would be possible considering she was currently in Nevada (as was my assumption from the phone number that came up on caller ID). She told me that her phone was still broken, and that she was not in Nevada but calling from a pay phone here in New York.

I told her yes, but I'm not going anywhere. This is just too bizarre for me.
