These people have called numerous times and they never are there when I answer the phone.  I keep reporting them to the Do Not Call Registry, which is a big joke.  They may be a car insurance extended warranty company.  Seems to me I had a screaming match with a guy from this number once and told him to you-know-what and take my number off his list.  Won't swear to it, but could be.

Got a call from this number last night at my office. they left a message stated his name was david from market merchant claim regarding the visa-mastercard class action settlement. Then states to call him back from 1-800-256-5161 ext 713.  I searched this number in spokeo states it belongs to Nadine Morris. This is a scam number avoid giving them any information.

Obviously over 100 people are saying there calls came from pay phones other than in Las Vegas!

This is something called Agent Link, at least thats what the voice mail said.  The message stated something about APR rates.

This is from "agent Link" and they're trying to sell you an annuity program.  Don't do it!!!!!!!!!

As for stopping, is posting on an Internet site going to make that happen?  That's as naive as these types of robocalls.  I just checked with the BBB and this company not only is not even acredited, they have violations on file!!

Called at 7 a.m.  some Derek guy for small business loans.  7 am, really???

This company calls numbers on the do not call registry (in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act) playing a recorded message without an operator on the line (also a violation of the TCPA) stating that they have a guaranteed, pre-approved loan for you. When you get to an operator, the operator wants your name and phone number. The operator refuses to provide the caller's business name when asked (also in violation of the TCPA) and states that if you really wanted the loan, you'd give him your information. The operator also refuses to provide the company's phone number when asked (another violation of the TCPA). If you ask for the caller's information again, the operator hangs up without providing it. This is clearly a scammer - they refuse to provide basic information that 100% of legitimate businesses would gladly provide - even if it weren't required by law, and they require you to provide personal information before they will answer any questions... Do not provide them any information - this is a SCAM!
