I'm in California.  This number called my landline; they didn't leave a message.  I don't know anyone in Nevada, which is how it shows on the ID.  I also don't know Camille, and after reading the description above written by "S.P." I don't even want to try calling the number!  

Judging by S.P.'s creepy story, plus steve's experience with calling it and having it say it's disconnected... maybe it's a number for the Twilight Zone... if I call & it rings through, it might suck my soul into the phone line.  =^O

It's a payphone. This number is on the Caller ID when the payphone makes a long-distance call, but gets a local number when making a local call. The point is that while it's a Las Vegas based number, but that doesn't mean the call is coming from Las Vegas.

Disturbing call

I reiceved a call from my girlfriend from 702-444-4939, at a 7-11 in Seattle Washington where she said she was working yesterday. Then today she called from a different payphone same number. I looked up the area code and its out of Clark County Nevada! Could it be the payphone manufacter's phone number? I sure hope so!

received many calls from this number , person (a man) claims their name is "Jane" , he claims to have information he needs to 'tell me'.  I asked who is this , he said "Jane"...I asked "what do you want to tell me" ? He said, he would send the info 'I need' to my e-mail account..he knew my e-mail account, and related it to me.???!!!! very scary !!! I phoned my phone company to have the number blocked, and have reported this message (4 of them) to you.

My friend is in rehab and called from this number.

09/09 11:45am and on 09/13 12:51pm Pacific time.. I work for a tech support line and this number keeps coming up.. when I return the call it says this phone has been disconnected or no longer in service.. but I call a minute or two after to see if they leave any message but NO LUCK...

Yeah, the company that owns all the payphones transfers the call over the Internet to their headquarters in Las Vegas. Then all the calls go out with the one Caller ID so you can't trace the call or ring the payphone back.

Got a call from This number and it was a lady and told me she had a wrong number. This was at 130am. A little disturbing I'd say.
