They have been calling me for two weeks, I do not owe anyone, it's just plain irritating.

Called for my married daughter - very upsetting.  Would not reveal their purpose.

They have no business with me .. Why are they calling me..?  They won't tell me why unless I tell them who I am.. they called me so they should be congenial enough to tell me what THEY want...!  not answering the phone from this # 704 etc.. any more or Prince Parker & Ass.   If you have no business with them then they should respect you and not call you .. Their dealings are with someone else..!!!

They have called my home every morning for the past week, no message, they just hang up. So why bother calling?I have an answering machine why not leave a message? However they continue to call. I got  on this web site and found out it is a collection agency for AT&T. So I am wondering who is using my number, because I know I don't owe them anything.!!!

Called the number and got to speak to someone, who is looking for a Beatrice Williams???????,Who is she..???? with my number??????? I will lodge a complaint against them, because I know they will call again.....

Got  one call so far but when i tried to research this ,i saw numerous complaints from these scam artist.THEY START OFF BY TELLING YOU  THAT YOU HAVE A CASE NUMBER.

I'm with you Eric. Stop paying these robbers. I don't need credit 'cause I've learned I can do without and do quite often. I try not to make bills and do pay when I have money. I don't take the calls, although I will listen to their voicemails. Set your cell phones up for contact incoming calls only, that's what I did. Only those on my contact list get through.
Yep, this number 704-815-0158 has called me daily+ but never state that they're trying to collect a debt or what debt that might be, RIDICULOUS!

They keep calling me looking for someone I don't know.  Just filled a complaint with the FCC.   We'll see if that stops them.

THIS #704-815-0158 FROM PRINCE PARK AND ASSOCIATES, BEEN CALLING AND WHEN WE PICK UP THE OPERATOR SAYS "PLEASE HOLD WHILE THE NEXT AVAILABLE ASSOCIATE" SO I HANG UP BECAUSE WE'RE NOT THE ONE CALLING. BUT THANKS FOR LETTING ME KNOW WHO IT IS, BECAUSE AT&T CANCELED OUR ACCOUNT AFTER ONLY 2WKS PAST DUE, AND WHEN WE WERE GOING TO MAKE A PAYMENT THEY STATED THEY'LL TAKE OUR $ AND THEN RUN A CREDIT CHECK TO DETERMINE IF WE'RE STILL ELIGIBLE FOR SERVICES WITH THEM. WE ONLY HAD THE ACCOUNTS FOR 2 MONTHS, WHAT WOULD CHANGE IN 2MONTHS. REALLY. BUT THERE' A GENTLEMAN WHO SAYS HE'S JOHN PARKS WITH A DEMANDING APPROACH, AND I REFUSE TO HAVE ANY MORE COMMUNICATIONS WITH THAT COMPANY. WHERE IS THE RESPECT PEOPLE.

Your calling my phone number@740-353-2315 and I do not know who you are and you need to not call me at all if i'm bothered anymore I will contact my attorney and sue you I am an old lady with a lot of medical problems and I am taking chemo and I'm very sick and to old to put up with a strange place calling me,so don't ever call and ever bother me ever again.

These people are a joke to deal with, not sure how they collect any money or stay in business.  Their collection skills are novice - AT BEST.  Even the person I spoke with in the 'finalization' department was like dealing with a two year old.  They like to use big words like 'escalate' and 'finalization' to try and scare you, ask them what it means, they can barely explain it and reassure this is not a legal threat, guess they've been sued a couple times before.  When you get the final bill and the bill from them ask them about the discrepancy and how the 'collection' costs are calculated.  They will fumble all over themselves trying to explain, if they can explain, ask them if it's the same for everyone, if they say yes, they are lying!

Prince Parker and Associates - grow up!  Hire some 'real' collectors and maybe you'll get some money.  I've dealt with tougher collectors than you in my sleep!!!

Thank you for your post PAYURBILLBITCH.  This is a perfect example of the bottomfeeders you will get to deal with at PPA.  Maybe you should learn proper English before you start making calls.  Oh, wait, you're a bottomfeeder, not necessary in that line of work.  Good luck collecting, I make more in a day than you do all year, I just pick up the phone to argue with you.  Puts a little sunshine in my day...

I setup an ATT account on my employers request when I worked for them. The account is in the company name, I was merely a point of contact during the creation of the account. I now get frequent phone calls from these people. They try playing nice, then nasty, but I laugh no matter what they say. Since they have NO personal info on me besides my name and mobile number, I'd like to see how they can hold me responsible for my former employer's failure to pay. I'm upset mostly because they're wasting my mobile minutes.

Claiming to be collection agency for AT&T. I've been a customer with AT&T for over 1 years, and never had calls like these... they call 10 times a day. It's gotten to the point that I changed my home number (again!)  I don't know who to contact at AT&T to stop these calls. If anyone has any information to give me, it would be appreciated.

I love the messages typed by PPA employees. It just proves the fact they hire idiots who cannot spell or pronounce words properly. The idiots they employ are a joke, and anyone that listens to their stupidity needs to stop. Report them to the BBB, or contact ATT and resolve anything directly with them. Better yet, contact an attorney who will sue them for breaking Fair Credit laws. It is very easy to prove, and these morons are to uneducated to know better...

called and was very rude, asked for me, att service has been canceled the post where they say it has been a formal complaint # is crap because they just say well oh its nice you have a problem with our rude people we have a debt to collect sorry about your luck. and the 404# dose not go anywhere. we canceled out att along time ago. just don't answer your phone if you don't know who it is, I google every number. none of this happened until we hooked up long distance on our home phone. the guys said oh come on now done be rude or i'll be rude! then i hung up on him and he proceeded to call my house 4 more times! i just turned the phone off then on again, then i just let it ring the last time because he was playing games with me. the number they called on was 704-841-2424
