This number is calling my home at 8am and hanging up.  They never leave a message!!!  Maddening for sure.

They have called and I did answer - they wanted donations of clothes, etc...I told them I didn't have anything.  Within a few days they called again - I didn't answer the phone.  Now they are calling every day.  I wish they would stop!  They called early this morning and last night!

Harassing. If they are legit they should leave a message clearly stating who they are with a number for return calls. I will NEVER donate to anyone who operates in this manner. It really irritates me when I hear of my elderly neighbors who get caught up in conversation with these types of outfits. There are too many legitimate organizations who need help.

Day and night we get a lot of calls from this number. When we pick the receiver, it hangs. What we can do with it. It is really awful and unbearable.

wouldn't mind if I didn't get multiple calls daily from this and a  dozen other numbers.
Wouldn't mind if the call identified who was calling. It is NOT rude to not answer, there is no rule, no law that say I HAVE to answer the call. I pay for minutes and I don;t wnat them wasted when I have told these people to stop calling. DAMMIT, STOP CALLING ME.

Calls every morning at 8:30 AM. No message. Caller ID states "out of area".

They call every day and have called 3 times already today (Saturday!)  Always hang up.

Regardless of who they are, they are not supposed to call people on the national Do-Not-Call telephone registry list. A good law suit is what they need!

I agree with the golden rule, but these people don't.  I have answered their calls, politely told them no, and asked to be on their 'Do not call' list.  They said ok, but I still get their calls.  I asked on a later call if they had my current address, they did not.  Can't be in my area if they don't know where I live.  I again asked they put me on their 'Do not call' list but this time she hung up on me.  I called them, explained what happened, she was polite, apologized for the other person hanging up on me and said she would put me on their 'do not call' list and hung up.  Problem?  She never asked for my name or phone number so how is she going to put me on her list?  Maybe she got it off caller ID, maybe I won't get any more calls.  If I do, I think I will do unto them as they've done unto me and call them everyday until they do put me on the 'Do not call' list.

However, even when politely told to remove name/address/number from their list which they politely say they will do-they DO NOT adhere to the agreement.

Right, and I reminded them of this, as well. I am, and have been, on the DO NOT CALL list and I update it from year to year just to make sure. Maybe that DO NOT CALL list has its failing points.

Same annoying calls with hang ups any time I answer. I'm blocking their number. I don't need someone with good intentions harassing me.

Apparently the government's "Do Not Call" list is as useless as the restof the Federal Government!

I received a call at 8:40am today, and when I answered, no one spoke and I hung up after announcing myself and saying "hello" 4-5 times.  I called back and got a message requesting me to leave my name and number and someone would get back to me.  I left neither, but suggested to them that they should reconsider their approach, which seems to be very poor.

Well they are annoying. Salvation army doesn't call they drop flyers with date and time and if u want to donate u just leave it the pink bag in front of ur house and they pick it up. Is no intrusive and I appreciate that, but when they r rude and insist you much..... I have trust problems. U might just find ur stuff for sale at the flea market..... Scammers.

Barely could understand the person on the line but I think he said Inspire Outreach. Those that said "Inspire Outrage" were right though as it pretty much pissed me off. Does the "Do Not Call" list mean nothing any more?

Got a call from 704.831.6450 at 7:55 PM and then again at 7:59 PM. No message was left. Why am I getting consecutive calls back to back? I decided to call back the number and got the voicemail for Nspire Homeless Outreach; however, the mailbox was full. I will call the Charlotte Nspire at 704.441.8729 tomorrow to request to be taken off the calling list. We'll see if it happens...if not I will add the number to my blocked call list.

How can you be rude to an idiot who gets you on the phone and hangs up when you say "Hello. Hello?" By the time you have to say "hello" twice,they have plenty of time to answer you.They're the shmucks who are rude.I'm surprised anybody would ever give them ANYthing, behaving like that.
