They NEVER leave a message.They call me at 8:30am everyday.I'm at work! After a year of calls they finally called at 8:30 pm.I told them I give to Kidney foundation and never call again.Anyone who has no name tied to the phone number and don't leave messages are RUDE ,DISRESPECTFUL and don't deserve my time or yours.Do unto others!

I'm getting on average two calls per day from this phone #, always within the same 15 minute time frame.  I've used the "call block" function in my phone to stop the call from coming in but it still registers that the # tried to call me.  Today I filed a complaint with the FCC and the Attorney General's Office.

Unsolicited phone calls from anyone who wants something is unacceptable.
You are mistaken

These people (Inspire Outreach) call early mornings, late nights, Sunday noon . . . I do not appreciate feeling stalked this way.  If they are a legitimate organization they should at least leave a message.  I do not deal with phone solicitations of any type; if anyone wants something from me, it needs to be submitted in writing with backup documentation.

Obviously the solution to these illegal calls is to block the number like most of us have done with these Outreach losers. There are plenty of VoIP services as well as stand-alone gadgets that allow you to block incoming calls by entire area codes (eg 800# 866# etc) as well as by individual number, and there are apps that allow easy filtering of known spam numbers for smart phones much in the same way a DNS blacklist eradicates email spam.

These "whocallsme" type forums are a nice easy landing point for a Google search that allows us to quickly reference missed or blocked calls, but it always blows me away how many people here continue to complain about phone harassment of this kind. Just shut them off and let them waste their time calling, and eventually Nspire Outreach and the other ripoff artists will find another venue to scam us through.

What is REALLY fun is to disable your call-blocks for a day and actually answer all your calls. It is amazing how much phun you can have with a conman when you know he is trying to scam you!

This is an outreach program, but their folks haven't been trained!  I'm tired of the phone calls, we have our own charities that we donate to.  Bug off!  Will be adding them to our blocked list.

I keep getting calls from this number for Duct cleaning services even though I opted out of being called. I get a call for the same service the next day but this time the phone number is different. Can anyone offer any help ?

This is an outreach program to help the homeless.  They call because they do a clothing drive on your street so if you bag any clothes, housing items etc and put their name on it they will pick up anything you have and leave you a tax receipt for your items.  If you have nothing for them at the moment, maybe you will in the future.  Tell them when and they will call you back then.  They save you the trouble of hauling your bags somewhere AND leave you a receipt.  Help them out.

They are in Charlotte & I live 2 hours away and they pick up periodically.

Just received a call from this number---they call every month.  No message left.  Caller ID said "Charlotte, NC."  As usual, I did not answer.  This is a FOR PROFIT group.  I only make donations to Habitat or Goodwill.

The number belongs to http://www.nspirecharlotte.org/  800-775-9020 which by nature I would agree is worth while.
However, they admit they use an automatic dialer and have only a limited number of "participants" staffed to
discuss the reason for the call when contact is made. I explained to the very nice lady, that her groups good efforts
were outweighed by the numerous and annoying 8 am calls that also "auto" redial well past 9 pm!
I offered that she have her management team look at the internet compliants to rethink procedures.
At this point the "Nice Lady" became not so nice. I felt her passion but disagreed with the business model and
procedures! I guess I don't understand the difference in the law between unsolicited cold callers (Not Allowed) and
a charitable group cold calling (Allowed ???????)

These blasted people are calling my home 3-4 times a day.  After the first call with no one there, I added their number to my blocked callers list.  Bliss!  Thank you to my new Panasonic phone for this feature.

These folks show up on my caller id as "out of area", but they are this iffy "charity" organization.  They used to harass us in our previous state as well.

Multiple calls a day this week from this number.  I have even disconnected my answering machine because of them.  I never answer so STOP CALLING!  It's 4:40 on Saturday and I just got another one.
