    What is the name of the "outreach program"  is never given a name as to who is calling for donations,  only that the affiliation is hope house or inspire,  both organizations states no affiliation with another to call for donations on their behalf.

    Whoever this is, they are calling everyday, they never say anything and hang up after about 5 - 10 seconds. Its annoying!

    Never leaves a message .... best I can dig up, it's some "charitable" operation called N-Spire Outreach ....  Not going to condone nor condemn, because I don't know .... wish they would stop .... I get this sometimes three or four times a day .....Respectfully submitted ....

    Calls several times a day, I never answer, they never leave a message. Glad my phone allows me to block them. Irritating!
