I am so sick of this, have them blocked but call at least twice a day.

Called back tonight and message said outreach. I told them I am on the Do not call list and another call from them, I will file a formal complaint.

I am up late at night, are calling and waking me in the early am.

If they are legit, they would be able to leave a message, which they never do.

If you use Google Voice just have the calls sent straight to voicemail - This number belongs to Nspire Charlotte.  Nspire Outreach is a 501-3C non-profit organization. Their tax ID number is 58-2468623.  They provide jobs, food, and housing to the homeless by collecting clothes and reusable household items that generate funds. This number keeps calling and hanging up. I am tired of this.

Nspire Charlotte have opened a house in the Area.  They currently house a group of men who are on the way to independence.  New program participants will be supported with employment, continued education, and life-skills training. Received a call at 8:55pm the night before Thanksgiving?? If this is a legitimate charity they would be more respectful.

Multiple calls, day after day, are very irritating and unwelcome.  If it is, in fact, a legitimate charitable call, they should have the courtesy of leaving a message.  I will not deal with anyone who calls and calls and calls and does not indicate who or what they are.

I love your backwards logic - but that's not how the golden rule works.  My aunt, mother or sister do not choose to waste the time of thousands of people they don't know.  That's why if they call you, you should be polite to them.  And by the same token, when someone calls me by accidentally mis-dialing, I am polite to them.  

But when someone spends all day long intruding on the lives of people they don't know by dialing random numbers, then they deserve everything they have coming.

I am continually called by NSpire despite instructing them multiple times NOT to call again.
I donate locally to charities and I don't even live in Charlotte!!!!

This 704-831-6450 number is related to this number 800-775-9020 which is on the non-profits website at http://www.nspirecharlotte.org which is why we can't keep it from calling us.

I don't live in Charlotte or anywhere near it, I didn't give any money to them.
I only support local charities in my hometown and never give money away over the phone.

I called this 800 number which is supposed to be staffed from 8 am to 7 pm Monday through Friday but only lets you leave a message.

"Program Line for NSpire Outreach and Hope House" is the name the recording identifies.

I called that number and left a message to never call my number again.

The message I left was not very nice, and I am told quite often that I am a nice person by those around me, but I am at my witts end with all these calls and it is apparently my only way to fight back.

If anyone has an constructive alternative to repeatedly calling them back as they have called me, I am open to suggestions.

I am afraid, however, that they will just sell my number yet again to other charities to put money in their pockets.

Having repeatedly called the 800-775-9020 number I finally got a real person on the phone.
Initially, I told her that I had forgotten why I was calling and kept her on her line waiting for me to say something else.
Eventually I asked her if she had pink BBQ to which she said "What?" I asked her again and she said they were not a restaurant. I continued wasting her time and interupting her work efforts as they have wasted mine so many times in the past and finally I told her that I was sorry but that this was the only way I could fight back at them for the unwanted calls and she said she would take my number off their call list.
I notified her that this would be the 17th time that someone at her organization has said they would do that and she said if I gave her my number again she would "call to have it removed" (making me sure they are using a calling service which would qualify them under the no-call requirements, right?) and I explaned to her that this would be the 6th time someone at her location had told me that as well.

So, here's hoping that this time someone with integrity at this company will do the right thing.

Can you imagine all the damage their unwanted attention has done, and will do in the future, to their charities funding efforts?

Over & Over... stupid jerks call and never leave message... call hangs up if you answer it. Need to put these idiots in jail.

I agree, there so many ways people can get your address by your phone number. I answered an unknown number and it was a charity. Usually I don't answer unknown numbers.  When I finally answer it, I donate to it, the person called out my address to be sure it was correct, before I can repeat it back to him.  The person wouldn't explain how they got the number. But if you give to any known charities, it spread through out the system that you are a giver to Charities, and every charity that has your number calls you. For instant, one happens to be a charity of the City Police Deparment. I pay for unlisted number so I wouldn't get telemarketing calls. But then others start calling too, like this number here, 4-6 times a day, starting at 8:30 am til 8:30 pm. At least leave a message to confirm who they are. People are finding ways to get into your home by calling to see if anyone there. By choice, and to be safe at times, we all scan our caller ID for incoming calls before we answer. Unknown calls don't get answered majority of the time when scanning and they hang up, but call many times more after........harrassing to get through. But they don't catch the hint....stop calling. That's not the WAY TO GET DONATION!!

Local call, unknown caller. Something outreach, asked for the lady of the house. Hung up when I said there wasn't one.

I keep getting calls from this number and i'm about ready to give them a picec of my mind.if it is that importance leave a darn message and go get yourself a life and stop these pesty calls.

We don't need some "Outreach" organization for Out of State to come help NC. We take care of our own. Go back to where you came from.

Don't forget that people that work for ,or own, a non-profit are getting paid a salary. All scams try to pull on your heart strings. Fake firemen on a collection drive. fake police, sheriffs, etc. trying to scam you out of your money. I give my clothes to the local Goodwill Center and get a tax write off.

Caller 704-831-6450 if calling from non profit, it is okay but don't hang up on me when I answer. (Looks like they are just passing by harassing citizens (take off the phone service)
