I got a call from them at about 5:15 pm, just a few minutes ago. The caller I.D. was really funny: 7145115502AA. Anyone know what that's about and who this company or person is?

I also got a call from 714-551-5502. Gotta love caller ID, because we didnt answer either. It was weird because the caller ID sais "7145515502AA 714-551-5502". I didnt recognize the number which is why I didnt answer either. I was hoping it was the Angels calling me up fill in a roster spot on the Angels big baseball club!

These people have been calling at least 3 times a day for the past several days; never leave a message (and I never pick up). VERY annoying, and I've now filled out their "do not call" form.

I have received several phone calls from this number and each time it's answered, they hang up.

I really like the one message about the guy who went to turn down the TV and never returned.  I may start doing that. Although on one of the other message brds. someone had said that who ever the number is, gets paid [????] if only we even pick up the phone so I don't want them to get monies, so I save the phone number and select a "NO ringer volume". So my phone DON'T ring!!!!

Go to their website www.datascension.com and have them remove you from their call list. To do this click on 'CONTACT US'.  Then page down to remove from call list.  All that is required is your phone number, which they already have.

Please feel free to call this guy at home and let him know if you are unhappy. I called at 11:30 pm CDST and it went to machine so I think we are getting through. Oh, yes, and I found that they did not respond to the email request for removal from list.

Have called numberous times.  My husband finally answered yesterday.  They are conducting some type of survey.  Don't know what the survey is for because my husband told them never to call again and hung up.

Well I seem to have joined this little club. Had 2 calls today from them.
I wasn't home and no messages were left. But caller ID had the number. So I googled it and here I am. Hope that DO NOT CALL page of their's works.

Received the call AGAIN right in the middle of dinner with my family...

I answered and the barely speaking English person started asking me questions about how often I go the movies.  I tried to interrupt her in the middle of her speech but she didn't even take a pause so I thought it was a recording.  When she stopped I said is this a recording or a live person, and she said live person then hung up.

I called the number back and it gives an email address to send a request to be removed from their call list but the email comes back as undeliverable.  Shocking!!

They call constantly at all of the most inconvenient times possible.  It should be illegal to bother people in the early am hours and dinner and evening hours.

woman says survey, not advertising, call maybe recorded and that it is a digital consumer survey, says some initials I did not catch, ddts?  This was quick and asked if I considered myself hispanic or of latin decent.  I just said I was not answering her questions and to not call back and i hung up.  I am sure the call was since my husband's last name is also a Portugese name but I am on the DNC and just hate these calls.  They have been calling everyday for a week but today I picked up since a return call plays a recording giving out an email to remove you.  I don't want to give them that too.

I kept getting these calls too... sometimes 3 -4 times a day!  I finally decided to call them back annonymously and found out they are Feature Films for Families.  I have purchased movies from them in the past but seriously 4 times a day!  I don't have a balance with them so I guess they are just hoping for new sales but calling so much make me not want to do business with them in the future.

I too have been getting these phone calls several times a day.  Most of the time I don't answer or I pick up but don't say a word.  I just called them a few minutes ago... 8:45 a.m. CST on Tues. 07/20/10.  A quick recording came on stating they were Feature Films for Families then a live person actually picked up.  I have ordered movies from them in the past but I never will again simply b/c of the phone calls... 4 times a day is harrassment!  They have lost my support!

Survey companies (marketing research data calls) are not covered under the national do not call registry. Many of them use random number generators, and the ones that target a specific household do so because the household may have already had an open business relationship with the client who is hiring the data collection firm. Since they are not directly trying to sell you anything ... they are not a telemarketing firm.

I am on the National Do Not Call List for 3 years now.  I got a call from a Latina, I could barely understand through her thick Spanish accent, she was saying something about wanting to take a survey.  I did not speak, just hung up. I do not have time for this junk, which is why I am on the list.  I re-registered and dare her company to try to call this number again.
