These people have been calling me for the past couple of days and I finally picked up today to just tell them to stop calling. When they told me they had my last 4 digits of my cc#, i told them "i'm not authorizing a payment" and then she said "well we'll still send you the free stuff and if you decide you don't want the membership, you can call and cancel" and then i said "listen lady, i don't know what your IQ needs to be to get that job but when someone says they aren't interested it's because they really aren't"  can you believe she still said "well we'll still send you the free stuff" then i said "you're an idiot, bye"

I unfortunately had to call my company and cancel my credit card number.

If they call me back again, i'm going to mess around with them for the hell of it.

I just got a call from these people - the second one within about a year. They are rude and mean. They knew my home address and what kind of credit card I have. It was very upsetting. I called the credit card company but they haven't charged anything yet. If they do, I'll file charges.

2-3 calls a day, when I do try to answer there isn't anyone there, but this is the 3rd site all full of complaints about these [***]. Don't bother, let the phone ring.

They call me twice a day during school, so I never have a chance to answer it and see what they say. But when I call back after school, it brings me to a hold song, and then to another dial tone, and you can hear someone pickup and then hangup very quickly. It's super annoying... Does anyone know who this is? Is there somewhere we can send a consumer complaint?

I have been recently receiving calls for the past week starting 9/11/207, when answering no one answers.  However today 9/19/2007 I answered the phone, like with most telemarketing companies when you say hello, no one answers until about your second or third hello.  A gentleman spoke from the company Quality Resources stating he was offering some free gas coupons in the mail along with a 30 trial for coupons for groceries and other items for $1.00.  After the 30 days the trial would then be $19.99 per month of which both fees would be debited to my visa card ending in the last four digits he provided.  As he was speaking I interrupted him and expressed to him I have not purchased anything on the internet with my visa card in addition I did not want anything he was offering.  He then stated that they do not expect for me to make a decision on the phone about the offer however once received I could call some number to cancel.  Again I interrupted him and demanded that I not wish to receive anything he is offering nor do I wish to have my card charge of which I wanted to know who gave him my visa card information.  He did not reply back however he simple ended the call with there company closing remarks above receiving the "free" offer.  I want to know who this is because I want to file charges against them for idenity theft and anything else the law will allow.  I further would like to sue the company who is giveing out credit card information to companies as such.

This number keeps calling me, and i didnt answer, but now i got to the point im wanting to know what they want so i answer it and when i do they hang up on me. and they call at least once a day. like anyone else, im wanting to know how to get them to stop!!!

these are SCAMMERS.Trying to find out what phone company owns the number.

Two phone calls so far. On a whim, decided to google the number just in case I missed somebody important. I'm not the type to *69 though. Googled the number and their all over the internet. Ain't that some [***]!

received 3 calls from them on my CELLPHONE! I didn't pick up because i normally don't pick up any calls that i'm not familiar with. so, like the person above, i googled the number. very glad i did!

these people are annoying - call day in and day out.  of course calling my cell phone, and when i try to call back - i get a busy signal.  

at least 2-3 calls/day/night, even over the weekend.

if this is an automated system dialing cell phones, isn't that against the law?

Calling cell phones is a Federal offence. You can report them at www.fcc.gov or at www.ftc.gov . To be removed from their call list you need to register at www.donotcall.gov Which will remove you from all telemarketers lists or,  tell the individuals to place you "ON" their do not call list. They must comply. If they do not when you report them to the FTC and FCC sites they will be fined $11,000 per call. They will be fined the same ammount for calling your cell phone. If you register with the do not call site you can also sue them in federal court for $500 per call. Some states also allow you to sue in your state court for more. DO not put up with people like this. You have to fight back!!

Received this call several times in the past few days and decided to google it to find out where it was coming from. I'm glad I did.

Whoever this is has been calling me nonstop, when I answer they hangup

I have been recieving phone calls from this number on my cell phone for the past three days. they call almost every 3-5 hours. it all start on November 6th and i have just not been answering. finally yesterday i got so fed up with the calls i answered at 7:14 p.m. and said hi once and they never said anything and then hung up. right then and there i knew it was a scam. they called another 3 times today including while i was in class at the local college i attend. Im so sick of these phone calls!

This # above is bothering me for no reason. Calling day and night.

The 727-712-0382 is bothering us day-in day-out. How can we stop them?

I just got a T-mobile prepaid cell phone and got two calls from (727) 712-0382.  Luckily I did not answer the phone.

I've received 6 calls from this number for the past 3 days---who the hell is this?

I just recieved a call from this number...The first person went through her speil and I listened to it all, up until the point she mentioned that she had my debit card # on file, and rattled off the last four digits. Then I became a little angry. When I asked where they got my information, she told me it was probably soemthing I had purchased online, but couldnt release the exact merchant. This irked me a little more. She then transfered me to their "verification" department, and when I requested to be taken off their list, and my information removed from their system, all I was told was that they would mail the package and I could cancel then. I kept asking to be cancelled NOW, and keep being told I could once I recieved the package!

This is ridiculous. I really wish I could find out exactly where got my card number!
