In addition to fraudulent offers, this is a company that ILLEGALLY sends junk faxes to fax machines throughout thee country.  Now that I knonw where they are, I can file my lawsuit.  They sent me more than 500 ILLEGAL faxes in one year.

THIS COMPANY OPERATES OUTSIDE OF THE LAW: the employee who wrote on 12 Mar 2008, is a liar.

They keep calling 2-3 times a day on my business cellphone.
I thought telemarketing to cellphones was illegal!

I have been getting these calls too, on my cell phone.  The best thing to do is to put their number in your contacts list and put the ringtone as "no ringtone".

That way when they call it is silent.  You will never know they call since they dont leave messages.  So they can call all they want and it wont bother you.

they call at least twice a day for the past 6 months.  i have picked up and just hung up.  they continue to call.

They just called and I didn't answer since I didn't know the number.  So I googled the number and read all this bad stuff about them.  So I called back and this man picked up and said "hello Rachael."  I asked who this was and he said he was sending me a free 40 dollar gas card I said I didn't want it, he said "well its free money" and laughed.  I told him "No thanks and to take me off of his list please."  He tried to keep talking and I just hung up.  Hopefully he does not call back.  But I read where someone had few charges on there credit card after they called, so I checked online and I have 2 different 1.00 dollar charges as memo debits.  I am going to call and find out who this from.

Got a call from 727-712-0382; very pushy and demanding. Said we had $40 gas vouchers coming and wanted our cc info. They pissed my husband off and were just plain rude. Companies like this should be forced to close.

I called the number back, and it takes you to a menu. You can choose to be "placed on the internal, "do not call" list.." if you push 2. You guys can try it out, maybe it will make them stop calling?

While expecting a call from my friend I picked up the phone and a sharp voice man said "You made a purchase with one of our partners and this call may be recorded for quality purposes" for which I replyed "I do not wish to have this call recorded" he sharply replyed "it "may" be recorded" as though that would make it ok!... I reiterated my possition that "I did not want this call recorded" he said thank you and have a good day. And hung up... shortly after a woman called from the same caller id QR and she kept on asking for me by first and last name... I said my momy is not home... she said I'll call back later.  After regestring with the do not call agency (www.donotcall.gov) I called them and they ansewred - It's this you "by my first name" and I said... listen carefully.... DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER AGAIN AND REMOVE MY NUMBER FROM YOUR CALLING LIST... IF I SEE YOUR NUMBER ON MY CALLER ID... YOU CAN EXPECT TO BE ON REPORT WITH THE PROPER AGENCY. however he was quite apologetic and assured me that my number would be removed at once?

These poeple are terribly rude and told me that I am stupid if I would rather pay for my gas than use their vouchers. They said they don't have my credit card #, just the last 4 digits, but my ctedit card # is stored in a secure database so that they can charge it $1 for my savings coupons. I told them that I in no way authorize them to charge anything to my card. She yelled at me, told me I was making a mistake, and gave me a phone #. That phone # has an option of a Do Not Call list and a Customer Service # to call. That # is disconnected! What a SCAM!!!!!

THESE PEOPLE HAVE CALLED LIKE FOUR TIMES IN THE PAST TWO DAYS! WHEN I ANSWERED AND THEY ASKED FOR ME I TOLD THEM TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. HE SAID IT WAS A COURTESY CALL. THEY KEEP CALLING. NEXT TIME THEY DO I'LL ANSWER BUT THEY WON'T LIKE IT!!! I TOO CAN FIND OUT WHO THEY ARE.....

Get a call from these people about twice a day on my cellphone.  I'm not picking up.  I've added them as a contact called "spam" set the ringer to "mute".  Good riddance.

they keep calling me and i have not answered who are they and what do they want from me

I just filed a complaint against them, after reading all of your blogs I decided NOT to answer any of these calls, but I still am afraid they will try to send me stuff or charge my card. Not to mention getting these calls is ANNOYING, they have called every hour since 1:00 and its 4:40 now. Hopefully this stops! Good luck to the rest of you

For the past three days I keep getting calls from this number. Today they called three times throughout the day. It is so annoying and I never pick up my phone. It has to be a scam.

They called a couple times and I didnt answer. Called them back and inquired who they were. After the same info given above, they tell me the last four of my card number--only it  was not, nor ever wasmy card number. Thinking I was a victim of identity theft, I asked to speak with the manager as I wanted to know the company that gave them my info. It was picked up by a sales manager who said he couldnt help me with that at all. So he transfered me to customer service. Nice kid looked "me" up, had my address, full name, and phone number, but also this unidentified card number. He said he did not have on his screen the identity of who sold them the info. A few places he mentioned that do is Pizza Hut, Best Buy, Home Depot. He said the only way I could get the info was to put the vrequest in writing and send to the Clearwater address listed in other postings. Certified Letter? I feel safe because it isnt my card...but maybe an ex girlfriend's card or something? Either way, I want to see someone savy with the legal side of things go to battle against them for thousands of the American People!
