After getting 4-5 calls daily for over two weeks I finally answered the phone.  Big mistake.  I asked politely to be taken off their call list.  The "lady" on the phone said well don't sign up for give aways then! and hung up on me.  I got on a website and got a 1-800 number for the company and left a message for the manager regarding the matter.  We will see if I get a response.

they just started calling me today 740-432-7855 I have call screening so I added their number to the list to stop them, they called about 5 times today.

I am sick of receiving calls from whoever this is!!!!!  3+ times per day is ridiculous!  I am on the "Do Not Call" list - what makes these people exempt from honoring that?

watch what you sign up for!  If you're stupid like us, you'll sign up for something, get bills in the mail, not know what it's for and not pay, then you're facing a small claims lawsuit like us.  Cardida is ridiculous and why pay hundreds of dollars a month for a time share that when you go to use it you have to pay additional $40/day???  If you're making payments you should be able to use it whenever you want.  NOt pay to use it ontop of your payments to possess the option of using it!

I have just one call from them  which I picked up, the lady on the phone asked for me by name and told me I have being selected as one of the finalist in an entry( to win a car )that I entered at Eastland mall ohio. They made an appointment with me to come to their center for the drawings. Which will be to either walk away with a car or other prizes at no cost to me.
Will this be a scam? ? ? ?

I have gotten a phone call and set up the appointment is there anyway you can win a car at all.....Even if you do sign up for the timeshare or they offered atleast 2 of 5 items that I go home with can you get those even

I read your comments here when I put the number into Google. I called them back and said politely "I signed up to win a car at the mall, so I know that's why your calling however... I can't afford to buy anything which is why I signed up for the free car at the mall.  Could you please take my phone number off your list?"  

The lady who answered the phone was very polite, read me my name and asked if that is who I was. I said yes and she said - Ok I'll take you off. I said thanks, good luck and have a great week!

All in all it pays to be kind and considerate. Just My Humble Opinion.

I've receive a number of calls from this company.
Which also happens to be at a raffle at a mall, about a car and 25,000$ cash prize.
These beastards won't stop calling.
After numerouse threats to sue, and report to FCC, the calls don't stop.

Get my number changed?!
Why should I?!

Today was the first call that I recieved from this number. And they have already called me twice within 4hrs. Once at 3:47pm, and then just now at 7:47pm. I haven't registered for any chances to win a car, at least not to my knowledge. I also have not answered my phone either time b/c I don't answer phone calls from numbers I don't know. I'm in sales and this is completely unethical. I would never stoop so low to buy citizens' contact info. I feel this is invasive and inappropriate.
Obviously not a great product/service, etc. that they are trying to give away b/c they apparently can't even get a customer base off of their outstanding customer service, hahaha I think they need to rethink their strategy!

They are calling my 14yo daughter's cell phone and hanging up.  They can't legally try to sell her anything as she is underage.

They have consistently called for a month.  Now they call back to back. I never answer them but they are very annoying, because you have to check the caller id.  I never entered anything to win a new car. I suppose someone somewhere gave them my info.  It appears being on the do not call registry doesn't make a difference. They never leave a message but allow the voice mail to pick up which makes it constantly beep!  There ought to be a law against this sort of thing!

they called me today i will not answer my phone again told me I need to come there and take a tour and I will get 3 prizes just for coming. YEAH RIGHT Whatever. Don't call me again......

we just had the calls start.  we never entered anything we learned this the hard way a while ago.  my husband said that the next time he is going to ask for their social security number and how the weather is there.

Hey, guys, this one is easy to fix.  Cardida calls b/c you filled out a sweepstakes form that gives them permission to call.  The form YOU signed states that Cardida can call even if you're on the do not call list, and obviously the sweepstake led to a sales call- why else would they want your info in exchange for a potential gift?

All you have to do is ask them to take your phone number off the list and they are required to do it.  You can also write the company president, who's info is listed in someone else's post.  Or even better, find his home number.  But it's a lesson to all of us to read the small print before giving our number to someone.  If you don't want a call, DON'T give your number to sells companies!

Another trick: if you want to enter the sweepstakes, just mark the lowest income category on the card.  Companies like these (usually) only call people who make a lot of money and can afford the luxury time share.
