Everybody we wouldnt have to call so much if youd answer the phones!  How are we supposed to know youre not interested if you dont tell us. We cant read your minds. So by rights to the finalist we have to call until we are told to do not call.
Plus even if youre on the DNC list by signing your name on the entry form exempts you from ours. :)
Trust me were not trying to ruin your day, were trying to brighten it up a bit. Who doesnt want to come out to see if theyre an instant winner?!?!  Who ever doesnt is pretty lame and boring.
Next time we call, take it, what do you have to lose?  

Everyone we call are semi finalist for a childrens playhouse , vehicle or 25,000.  We dont make up phone numbers. some of you people just may not remember filling one out bc it could be up to a year old.  Trust me you filled it out either at a Mall, store, restaurant, fair, show, internet.....you did somewhere.  So quit complaining "quit calling me, quit doing this, quit doing that.....How about this stop filling out entry forms!!!!

what a waste of a day drove all the way there , got a  very cheap watch and a throw away camera .  the gas rebate is spread out over 10 months  5 dollars a month .   which we have to mail in .  dont waste your time!!!!!!!!

I entered a contest at a mall and they keep on calling.

I started receiving calls on Dec 2, 2008.  I was looking in my cell phone wondering who in the heck is calling me from a 740??  I don't know anybody from there.  Anyways, I get 4 of these calls.  I tried to call back.  No answer.  So they call again while I am driving.  I listen to the lady tell me I am a semifinalist and she basically told me everything about me.  She was real persistent about me making this appointment to come out to the resort.  I told her I couldn't talk now because I was driving and must look at my calender (ER employee/senior nursing student).  She was real persistent about me making this appointment.  Didn't care if I died trying to make it.  I told that bish I was driving.  So she lets ME off the phone.

So she calls back later, I get all the info and she said she would send me something in the mail.  I was suspicious from the start because why are they so secretive (they said they are not allowed to leave messages).

I get the info in the mail and since I work in at two hospitals, i don't have time to look it up so I tuck it until later.  I received yet another series of phone calls from them on Dec 11th, of course I was in the ER that day and couldn't answer.  But I caught one of their calls, I was annoyed.  They wanted to confirm my appointment.  I told them I didn't know because I needed to look up some things first, but I might come out.

So here I am at 4 in the morn looking it up and I find this website.  I am not wasting one dime on gas to drive out there.  I will take it from the people who have already been.  I don't have the time or resources, seeing that I just graduating and will be starting my new career.  Besides, I have been to their "Official" website Pymatuning Vally Resort at http://www.cardidaresortgroup.com.

Hello I just recently started getting calls from this company.  They are calling my cell phone.  Good thing they didn't get my home phone, it's unlisted.  I even have a do not call on my cell and home phone.  I haven't answered their call.  Maybe they will move on.

Yea I know they are just trying to do their job, but my advice for them is..... GET A NEW JOB! Geesh!

i also signed up to win a car or money at a mall. they have been calling me for about 2 weeks now and today was the first time i answered. they asked me if i signed up to win a car and i said no and that i was positive that i didn't. i kinda figured it was a scam. i wanna know if we have to report this to anyone.

I, like most of you, signed up for that free car.  I like the advice regarding the FCC/lawsuit threat.  Moral of the story - don't sign up for free sh*t at the mall.

I have called my lawyer and have put a trace on my phone,if they keep calling my house we eill take the next step to stop them.

I got suckered in my them....even got a membership...AT 17% INTEREST!!! Salesman (Tom) lied all the way through the pitch. And once you're in, they charge extra for EVERY SINGLE LITTLE THING.  e.g. $300-$500 a year to mow 'your' tiny lot. And I cant get out of it, no way, no how.

ADVICE: 1) ANSWER THE PHONE, WHEN THEY START THEIR SALES PITCH, PUT THE PHONE ON THE DESK & WALK AWAY.  COME BACK 1/2 HR LATER AND SEE IF THEY ARE STILL ON THE LINE.  IF YOU ARE EATING UP THEIR TIME, THEY'LL MOVE ON TO SOMEONE ELSE. 2) RECORD WHEN THEY CALL, HOW OFTEN, ETC. AND FILE A COMPLAINT WITH YOUR PHONE COMPANY FOR TELEPHONE HARRASSMENT.  IF YOU TOLD THEM  ONCE 'NO THANKS' ANY CALL AFTER THAT IS A CRIME.  

This is such an awful place, that I personally told potential customers on tour with the salesman -- no, you'll hate it, hidden charges for everything...etc.  Once you are in, the only way to get out is to get kicked out.

ps: Their 'promotional gifts' are nothing but dollar store junk.

THEY SAID IF I CAME TO THE RESORE FOR A TOUR THEY WOULD GAURANTEE ME 2 OF 5 OR 6 PRIZES. I AM TOO EASILY TAKEN. I GUESS I WONT GO FOR IT AFTER ALL :(
