Caller ID showed UNKNOWN NAME. I usually don't bother but sometimes like to pickup the phone and play them some LOUD music. Today there was someone there claiming to be a caller from the University of Kansas doing a food usage survey. I asked what is a food usage survey and the woman said it was about who cooks in the household. I then asked her how she got my number and the woman said it "just popped up." Then she hung up on me. I could hear others talking in the background as if it were a phone bank. Why the University of Kansas? Strange indeed. I'd say that if I had taken the "survey" there would have been questions to extract personal info. I would not have answered any of her questions but would have continued to ask more of mine. The next would have been "What are you wearing now?"

this lady called my house and my number is on the federal do not call list and she back sassed me asking for my mom or dad and I told her im and adult. she still said ill just call back another time and hung up without letting me speak.

Called at 4:30pm. I didn't know the number so I didn't pick up. They didn't leave a voicemail.  And I'm also getting constant calls from 2024817797. I'm on the Gov Do Not Call list, why then am I still getting these calls?!?! Its aggravating!!!!

After doing some research found # is tied to this company issues and answers Network Inc. You can go to the website and fill out a form to be placed on the do not call list, also gives other contact info http://www.issans.net/contact/

Called my skype line twice in two days, no answer and no message.

They are not telemarketers and will not be attending Amy Court trials. If your attorney is taking your money, then they are doing so illegally and it is them you should sue. How old are you any way???? FYI: Toll-free numbers are charged by a set fee and you are wasting your friends time trying to wrack up a bill for this company. They are charged per line, not per call.

Federal do not call lists apply to telemarketers only, not market research companies. Do your research.

Now this is the only intelligent and correct comment I have seen here.

When you register to vote you authorize these calls (unless you check off the box on the paperwork) and political mail.

The number 757-769-7127 called me three times on my phone.  It is a Global Research Company.  My phone number is on the do not call registry.  I don't want these calls.

Sooooo happy that the DO NOT CALL list is working soooooo well.  Fed up with these [***] calls.  >:(

This caller is a "frequent flyer".  No company shows on Caller ID, no voice message, and doesn't give up -- can't be up to any good.  Unfortunately, callers like this are so prevalent.

It's that wonderful time of year for political robocalls. And they wonder why fewer and fewer people register to vote.

i received a call from this number then looked it up on this site. I got a second call about 1 min later. I told the call center lady that they were calling a "secure line" and needed to stop immediately. She appologized and hung up.

Survey, called mutie times after it told them I was not interested

I keep getting a call from (757) 769-7127 and they never leave a message.

The caller asked my opinion on environmental issues on drilling oil in the arctic national wildlife refuge - as it pertained to political decisions.  The survey could be politically driven or it could be set up by the oil industry... I didn't ask. She provided statements and asked if it would sway my opinion... if someone's argument was XXX, would I agree with them or be opposed.

i believe they might be using another number, as well, to bug you.  it is 770-769-2444.
