this number calls me consistently, starting at 8:14 in the morning. im in TX. every morning at the same time except for sunday. that starts at 10:14 very frustrating. I dont ever answer any more.

About your colorful comment on page 2, some of us have better things to do than answer the 7 or 8 sales calls that come to our "do not call" -listed phone number. That is why we are on the DO NOT CALL list, Brainiac.

Constantly get calls from automated Rachel offering to decrease my nonexistent credit card interest rates. I always pay on time so I have no rates.

Pressed 1 and got Willaim and he hung up on me.

Called our business overnight...ID said "Sales Dept."

Get repeated calls from this number or similar...always from "Sales Dept." I've subscribed to DO NOT CALL list for years yet suddenly I'm flooded with telemarketing, subscription, car warranty, credit card offers, etc. Disgusting.

I've received repeated robo-calls from 757 990-8981 wanting me to lower my interest rate on ? Who knows? Please make them STOP! I got the number by calling *69 but when I dialed the number an auto-voice told me the number did not accept calls.

called me in San Diego.  I called back from my work number and it answered with some strange automated voice.  Very weird that this isn't just happening to me!

This call was a political message (pre-recorded). The message was recorded on my answering machine. I'm sure after the election is over tomorrow, some other person will call from this number to sell me something.

At least 3 calls a day on my business line at home.  They don't leave a message and when I pick up no one is on the line.  I want it to stop.

I started getting this call on Friday, November 07, 2008. This is my home phone located in Texas. They didn't leave a message. I also noticed the caller ID says "SALES DEPT." Well, that about says it. Nobody else seems to be getting this ID message.

I live in Atlanta, and these people call and hang up on my anwering machine a couple of times a week.

I got a call from 7579908981 calling themselves cardholder services.  The first time I pressed the removal button, but then got another call 5 minutes later.  Figuring that maybe the button was broken, I decided to speak with an intelligent brain and pressed 1.  

I kindly allowed her to make her pitch and ask me if I was interested in lowering my interest rates, and politely explained that I wasn't interested in lowering my interest, but that I was getting multiple calls in a day and would--

Well, she hung up on me before I could even say that I wanted to be removed, and those [***] are calling from a number that apparently is "no longer in service" so next time I'm resorting to cussing them out.

As to any telemarketer who doesn't like me cussing them out, well, learn one simple thing, BE POLITE AND LISTEN TO ME WHEN I AM TALKING TO YOU AND REMOVE ME FROM YOUR LIST WHEN I POLITELY ASK AND YOU WON'T GET CUSSED AT!

It's pretty freakin' simple.

I get calls from this number and several others all day at work.  I received this at 4:55 p.m., immediately after hanging up on one from 231-732-2765.  They are always robocalls.

I called 757-990-8981 back two days later and heard a phone company message that the number was no longer in service. This must be a government conspiracy!!! (-;

This is a phishing scam.  Don't answer the call!

(VA Beach, VA)Received a call from this # and it was a recording to call another # about my credit card being put on hold. I knew this was a scam and reported to the Virginia Attorny Generals office.

have received this # about 3 times already this month, they leave no message when you do answer the phone no one is there.
1st time picked up the phone they talked about warranty on our vechile than after ward no message just no one there.
