also getting calls fromt his number. called verizon and they said they know nothing about the number, but that they can block up to five phone numbers from calling in the future for no additional charge...

I have been gettin calls from this number every night around the same time for more than a week...I have answered it at times and the line goes dead...no messages.   I am an San diego.

keep calling us and hanging up. when we answer no one says anything

I get calls from both 760-526-8144 and 760-536-8137 roughly 2-3 times a week.  They usually just hang-up, but on one occasion a person answered and said they were from Time Warner (I promptly hung-up).

If you have Verizon, call customer service and ask to have the numbers blocked.  I believe the rep said it's called their "Call Block and Manage Service."  They blocked both numbers for free - I just had to provide a detailed explanation as to why.  The block is good for 3 months, but you can renew it for free if needed.

I got a call from this number. The guy claimed to be from time warner cable and it was apparently from California. Was rather hostile with the guy since he "claimed" that I requested to disconnect my service and because of the origin of the call I refused to give him any info.

I get a call from this number at least once, if not several times, a week. I usually ignore it, but even if I pick up, there's no one there to speak with, just an immediate hangup. At this point it's so frustrating I'd at least like to talk to someone and have some fun with them. "Why yes, I'm very interested in helping a Nigerian prince acquire his riches through a small donation on my part!"

I'm an ATT customer for phone and Time Warner for cable. I have gotten the bogus Time Warner calls, too, usually late on Friday nights (cuz you figure that's when Time Warner would do their marketing calls), but I don't think they're from the same number. The number being called is my cell, and on the do not call registry. When I call the 760 number, there's a message about it being disconnected, but I agree with some of the previous comments that it sounds like a voicemail/answering machine more than an actual message from the phone service provider.

Just got a call from this number 760-536-8137.  Since I didn't recognize the number I didn't answer it.  They didn't leave a message either.  I hate these type of calls.  Ugh!

been getting daily phone calls from this number...they always hang up when i answer...I've called the number back and get a message that number has been dis-connected and no long in service.

Still getting these calls but I NEVER ANSWER THEM.  No messages are left.

I get calls from this number at least 8 or more times a day everyday. They calls come in every 20 to 30 minutes.  I don't answer it.  But just so fustraded getting all these calls so many times a day everyday. They do not leave a message of course.  When will this maddness stop.

Just moved in to new house, new home number. Get a call from this number multiple times a day. Finaly called it back from my cell phone, says its disco. Never leaves messages. 7605368137. I am from Texas.

received a hang up call from this number 03/11/09

I've received several calls. No message left. When you call it back you get a recording saying the number is disconnected or is no longer in service. That could just be a VM recording though.

Received the phone call on Friday evening.  No message was left.  Called back and there was a voicemail in a woman's voice with a slight bag accent that said:  The person you are trying to reach is not available at this time.  I also called this number at 4am California time and after about 15 rings a woman answers the phone, I obviously woke her up.  Then she hangs up the phone.

Called and asked for Stacy, I said was Stacy, then caller hung up.

I'm in Dallas and calls from 760-536-8137 have just started coming to my cell phone. No messages ever left.

I live in Dallas and I receive calls almost daily from this number. They never leave a message or hang up when I answer..VERY ANNOYING!!

This number just called me. I missed the call so I called back and a lady answered and said she dialed the wrong number. They called on my cell.

i would like to know who this is calling me and hanging up and why
