Started getting calls from this number yesterday. They called twice yesterday and 2 times today. I answered the second time they called and it is Time Warner Cable. I am a customer of Time Warner and they were just calling to see if I was satisfied with my bundled package (cable, internet, phone).

Calls have just started.  Will not answer a number I do not know.  No message.  Calling my AT&T cell number.  So much for the DNC list!!!!  The Feds have sold our numbers to generate revenue to add to the bail out of AIG.  Hummmm.

Receiving multiple calls from this number daily for the past week or so. No voice mail no response if I answer. I'm in North Texas.

Calls me 4-6 times a day, but i dont answer..i dont have att or verizon so i dont know what they would ask me

They call my house about 2 times a day. Its been happening for the last 3 weeks. Seriously twice a day. These people are pathetic. I live in North Dallas.

They called me today. they are not XO it is a Level 3 number, has never been in the XO system.  it just hung up, no calling name associated with it. I work in telecom so I checked the systems.  I use ATT mobile phone.

Not sure how this website is doing anything. Maybe they are the ones calling....

I got a call from this number, seems like call from call center overseas with broken english. He said CALLING from TELEPHONE DEPT to add my number to do not call list representing Verison, ATT and etc... I already add to DNC list and this is SUSPISIOUS CALL, DO NOT answer this phone.. and when I asked his company name, he said it is "celestial solutions" and googled it and landed no where. This is SPAM call

Just received a phone call from that number, they did not say anything either.  ALTHOUGH I have heard taht after awhile for some numbers that when you attempt to call them back you are paying a per minute phone call.  They CAN BE 1000$ per minute, so be weary of phone calls these days.

Got 2 calls today, I called back and got a recording of a british lady's accent saying the person i have called is not there.  

They inturrupted my drinking 2 times today while i was on the boat...

Getting called regularly.  I never answer it.

This number calls my cell phone repeatedly. I have a "do not call" block on my cell phone. I never answer the call and there is no message left.

Same number called here..In So. Texas!.No one answered my hello.So I started to humming a tune and then they hung up.Guess I dont hum very well....LOL

Both of these numbers have been calling me for 3 months now and at least 2 3 times a week. 817-496-1171 and 760-536-8137 no one is ever on the other end of the line..it annoys me and waste my cell phone minutes. now i just don't answer at all to either one of these numbers. but still annoys me.

by the was it is a cali number and i am in texas..guess annoyance has no distance limits? LOL

they called asked for me by my first and last name I said who is calling they hung up i alled back and got a machine and left a not so nice message.  760-536-8137

I called this number back and it states that this is not a working number.

I returned the call too, just to find out that it was one more oriental that could not speak English, likely a collection process from Verizon.

Just got a call from this number on 13 May 09, at 1920.  No message left.
