ok...I just received 2 calls from this number 260-705-8888...the 1st one they just hung up...then just a few minutes ago it was a man who sounded like he was from India saying his English isn't so good and would like help learning better English...he said he has Gmail and asked if I had it too....WTF!!??...my number isn't even listed in the phone book...I don't use Gmail...I don't even use Facebook or any social networking sites...I'm very private there are only about 5 or 6 people who even have my number...and now I'm getting calls at midnight from random dude asking me to talk to help him with his English...this is [***]...I'm using Bing from now on cause Google is crossing some lines...I'm not kidding Google.

Got a call from this number saying they were Yellow Book USA and verifying my company information. Before I could say anything they hung up on me.

Please i will like to know who is this person....i don't have the number in my contacts, and nobody that i know will call me at 5am...what kinda mess is that??...and the worse part is when i answered, no body is talking just kept me pending and making me feel like what i don't know..

I am from India though this facility has not yet started in India still I am receiving the calls from this no.
BTW any one has any Idea if this facility can be used by changing the  Ip address..

i've gotten two calls from this number, one yesterday and one about ten minutes ago.  the first call i thought was from a friend so i didn't mind but when i found out it wasn't i was a bit concerned.  Then tonight I got the call again and it honestly freaked me out.. it was a mans voice saying I see you, at first i couldn't understand him so i said what? and he repeated it but it was like the type of voice you'd expect a stalker or something to use and it was just scary.  if I get more calls from this number i'm gonna report it and i understand that it's from google but it's not right, that app. shouldn't have ever been made.

Someone keeps calling me from this number to tell me my friends are in the hospital and I need it to stop now.

i got a call from this number last night, but 15/20 minutes before i got the call i got 5 text messages from someone on AIM saying hello...dorene are you home...call me. i blocked the text thinking someone got the wrong number. then this number showed up on my caller id. i let my husband answer it. the guy on the other end was like uh sorry wrong number and hung up. my guess is that some dude got a fake number at a bar (someone made up a number which is mine) and he was trying to get in touch. bet he was surprised when a guy answered LOL

Be careful, scam artist are using this number, a guy tried to scam me out of $3,000 and when I caught on and ended our email conversations, I started getting calls from this number and I refuse to pick up

Someone is using google phone number to run a scam.  You need to be really careful about somone calling from Ontario who is hacking into gmail accounts and then trying to tell you that someone you know has ordered something for you ( they tried to tell me a friend bought me a bike).  SO, now they need your credit card number to pay for the shipping and your home address to deliver it.  I don't know about your friends, but mine pay for their own shipping if they buy me something.

Got a call from 7607058888. On Sep/01/2010 at 10:02 PM. Some girl by the name (Amy) was on the other line,
told me a friend of mine who she wouldn't say who gave her my number and showed her my picture on Facebook and she thought I was pretty good looking and she wanted to hookup next week.

Thing is she knew my name and she had my cellphone number and my cell is not on Facebook at all. So this is the only part that's bugging me.

Long story short I was watching a movie and told her this sounded like a prank one of friends is pulling on me but I'm gonna go with the flow anyways..and told her I will call her back on the number that came up on my caller ID when the movie was over. And when I called back it said the number was disconnected or no longer in service. Lol

If this was a prank it was a pretty lame one at that...that's all I have to say.
