Someone just called me right at 10:00 pm and started playing Invader Zim clips. Now they just called back and starting playing some movie clip that including "why don't you go home and f*** the prom queen." Christ.

I got 4 phone calls from this person the first time i answered and the didnt say anything and the call disconnected the second time the asked for me and it was a man and he had a creepy voice that scared the crap outta me and the other two times i answered and they disconnected again...

Called me four times and no answer when I was speaking. Sat on the phone for about two minutes on the line and didnt hear anything, then the person proceeded to call back afterwards

I got a call from this number at 4am.  They just mumbled "go back to sleep".  Well, good  luck with that.

call from 760-705-8888 about a phone that would be sent to me its like a promoton they said it semes to be too much of a good deal would like to find out what companie it was from

Was contacted by someone with a gmail phone number of 760 705-8888, told that it was my granddaughter who had been arrested in British Columbia and needed money to get bailed out. I am 75 years old and this actually sounded a little like my granddaughter but wasn't. This is ridiculous, google, fix these problems

I had the same phone call and the guy called us 4 days in a row 4-6 times a day to tell us to go to hell WTF is this [***] about,i reported them to the police,see what happens then.

Got a call saying that they could reduce my hydro bill by 40 percent.  Wanted a $200 deposit to ship the device.  Told them was not paying for somthing I had not seen nor could I understand how it could work.  Hung up on me.  Said they we from Hydro Eco systems.

It"s a great service that can be abused by people not Google.

If this is a prank call it is quite annoying, keep getting prank calls from different numbers and will not answer because when I did answer nobody is there. Only hope is that whoever is doing this prank would stop calling my #.

I work in a pediatric office.  Several parents now use this g-mail system (I guess) and it always comes up on my phone as 760-705-8888.   The problem is that there is a voice delay of about10 seconds, so I speak and sounds like no one is there.  Then the person is there....it's a very frustrating conversation back and forth.   Then they call, leave a VM which only picks up one word of the message and the rest is blank or garbled.  Then the person calls back and if I speak to them in person, they are upset because no one has called them back.   The 760-805-8888 is all I have to go on son can't call them back.   I realize this is a free call but I have started asking them to call me back using our 800 number we have here for patients.   This is a nightmare for a busy office.

whoever keeps calling my from this number is a [***] moron... if your going to try and scam someone into believing that your from BC Hydro, you should do some research into BC hydro policy and you would see that they do not contact people in regards to computer viruses. And if you are calling about a computer virus, at least put someone on the phone who is remotely computer literate lol  firstly it makes absolutely no sense why BC Hydro, a electric company, would be concerned with a virus on my computers (which i know there is not). secondly,  I know for a fact that BC Hydro has a team of specifically train internet security specialists that keeps all of their servers and control units clean of anything, which would make sense as they supply power to all of BC. And thirdly, if for whatever reason they were having re-occuring issue with a virus infiltrating their system, they would treat it like a threat or intrusion. If they had the perpetrators contact info, they wouldnt call you to help you fix your system, they would contact the provincial government internet crime department, because whether its intentional or not, penetrating a server that controls provincial power management is a serious issue and they would not attempt to resolve it with a phone call... and thats strait from the mouth of a internet\web based security specialist, ME! F*ckin goofs.

My friend called me from her tablet where she used the App groove IP.  She came up as Maura Collins from this number.  Creepy how anyone can call you using this app to deisguise who they are.  It came up with this California # even though we are in NY.

When my sister-in-law called my wife from her Google phone our caller ID displayed "Maura Collins 760-705-8888"

Does anyone know if she is a Google employee?
