I to received a call from this number and a man with a Indian accent said I was going to have an inspection from the state. But he needed my cell number or another contract number. I hung up never called back.

Someone from this number keeps on calling me they have called over 10 times within the last 30 minutes!!! It is getting old!

Nous avons des appels du numéro 760-705-8888 depuis vendredi ils utilisent notre ligne privé, nous recevons des appels au minute, c'est vraiement plus acceptable.  Notre numéro de téléphonne est le 418-542-7849.  Nous avons essayé de barré le numérp 760-705-8888 par notre compagnie Bell Québec cela fait 8 fois que l'on rente en communication avec eux, cela semble impossible.  Que doit-on faire?

I had this same number calling me all hours of the night. I called my phone co. and had this number blocked.

I agree this is complete bulls*it!!!!!!!!!!!! I keep getting calls from this number at horrible hours 1 a.m. and even later. They even leave messages.......someone making fart sounds and snorting sounds. STOP the madness already.............enough!

has called twice. Once at 4 am and once at 2 am. No one on the other end. PISSING ME OFF

they have called 3 times now each time i tell them i am on a Canadian do not call list and to remove our number from their list ----obviously they don't.

They also suggest they are a government run utility -- they are not

This is the number that appears in the caller ID field on your phone when someone calls outbound on Google talk.   You are probably a wrong number for that person.

Someone called me at 2 in the morning at an unknown number who is it?

Someone that I know calling me from 760-705-8888, every 3 min' for the last 30 DAYS, to all of my phone numbers (I have a small local business)
This is illegal to do, harassment! It’s JUST not stopping. (to landlines And cell)

Please accept the apologies on behalf of all dignified people of India! These criminals tarnish the reputation of otherwise decent people from India. Believe me, I myself is a victim of these call!

I had a call from these [***] at 6:23 am on a Saturday morning. Claimed they were from "Hydro Power" or whatever that was and that I was now saving 30% on my bill. Guy was calling me in a strong Indian accent - I reamed him out for calling me on a Saturday morning - if they were legit they wouldn't be calling at this time.

Here's a bit more about this phone number that I found from the net:

"...It seems the number is a VOIP number from Google. People can make computer to landline calls from Google much the same as the way in which Skype works. When you’ve got the Google service, the number we’re discussing here will appear on your caller ID. It’s nearly impossible to trace so it’s vitally important that you trust no one who contacts you through this number for money or services.  If these “services” were legitimate, they’d have unique phone numbers so that you could check up on them if you wished."

Whoever had this number has been using it to run a number of different scams, including a computer virus scam. The key is to tell Google about it. Hopefully, they're sensitive to comsumer complaints with the whole "do no evil" thing.

i got a call from this number. a man with an accent said that i was approved for a payday loan. he had me go to a website...www.myusloan.com and complete a form. he wanted me to say my information out loud but i refused and said that i had input it into the system. a form came up and he said someone would call me in the morning with a deposit time. i have not heard from anyone. They have my account number for my bank account so I am a little worried. any info anyone has...please help!!!!

I keep getting a recorded call from Google # 915-996-2895. They keep asking me to press a number to update my Google listing or something. There is noone to talk to so i just hang up. I know the calls are going to keep coming i just don't know  thr reason. Anyone else know?
