Guy threatens to get me arrested if I don't pay a claim I'm unaware of

Got a several calls from this number. Guy saying his name is Watus couldn't tell me what it was in regards to, but told me I had a judgement placed against me through the courts, which I don't, nothing on my credit report. Again, scam. Could not tell me what company I owed any money to, called my job and then told me I was being rude when I asked what this call was in regards to. Yet I am a debt collector. Said he would get all the information he needed from me from my HR supervisor. Yea right. Please don't believe this. My husband is a sheriff's deputy and all this is a lie to get you to pay from an account that was written off more than 10 years ago.

They keep calling my work for one of my coworkers. She identifies as "Miss Jones". I work at a car dealership, theres no reason for her to be trying to contact my coworker at all. She is rude and wont give any information on the phone. My coworker says they called every six months to get him to pay something he doesn't even owe anymore, and they harass him anywhere hes at. That's so [***] illegal! Next time she calls I am going to call her out. She has called three times the past two days.

I have a question please.  I just got contacted by them and they told me that I owed for a collection from 1999 and that it was originally from GE Capital.  She said the original amount was for 7,000 and that I now owe 14,000 and that I had been making payments for 5 years. I never made 1 payment.  I think I do remember getting a check in the mail from some bank in the early 90's for 6k and could not pay it back.  (I was in a bad spot financially at the time) but It is no longer on my credit report.  I believe it was a charge off that eventually was removed from my credit report.  The thing I am worried about is that my dad just added me to his bank account because he is dying and I am taking care of his bills.  There is about 40k in the bank.  Can they take the money out of our bank account?  They said it was already taken to court and that it was ruled in there favor and that I could check the country register.  What should I do?

This lady came off as if her client filed some papers in the court and i had been served. That she needed to verify my information. I told her to get off my phone and i dont answer any questions on the phone and to send my legal docs from the court. I hung up
