I got two texts from this number in the last two weeks, both of them about getting paid for shopping and eating. I'm not going to send a STOP reply because it'll probably be just like e-mail spam; it'll just confirm that my number is a working number and I'll get more unwanted texts. I'll just program it into the phonebook as "DO NOT ANSWER" so I don't waste anymore units..

I seem to get them every 5 days or so and always between 10-10:30am

I'm afraid to reply stop and then start getting spam from even more numbers

I want these people to stop harrassing me by sending me messages about homes and etc.  It needs to stop

it said on mine win 100 dollar gift card. witw. im afraid if i send 'STOP' I'll get spam.

I am filling the complaint I too am gettign test spam from this number and Verizon does not allow less than 10 diget blocks.All the same texts as everyone else and yes I'm on the no call registry - guess that didn't work.

Why am I getting multiple messages from this text address.  I am on the don't call list but I got messages (which I was billed for) from this 77893 address.  I replied "stop" but they came again anyway.  What can I do to stop it and not get billed???????

I got a text this morning, and all I did was text stop, and it texted me back and said that I have chosen to opt out of this. Maybe it will work for everyone else as well!

I am also getting spam from 77893.  Did "STOP" work for you?

Keep getting texts from this number and would like to unsubscribe from this website if this is the correct number i am trying to identify.

I continually get harassed by this same number 77893 (test msgs).

I called Verizon.  Reply to message with STOP, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE.  You should receive an automated response that "you have opted out of the service".  Per Verizon, the message is from Finance Spot.  Their phone number is 1-888-322-5558.  Verizon has now placed a block on my phone for spam text messages.  Hopefully, that will work.

Unauthorized/ unsolicited texts received about car loans and home loans, etc... All junk mail..

i keep on getting these. i just logged a complaint on the donotcall.gov website. encourage you all to do the same so action can be taken. p.s. in the phone number field of the complaint screen, i had to enter my area code for the phone number 778-93 to be accepted - so i wrote 312-778-93 and made it clear in the comments section that the calling number just read 778-93.
