I told them if they called me again i will go over there and rip out their phones. she asked if I wanted to be put on their "no-call list" I said no and it is just another way to get my personal information.

Auto Warranty Services AKA Pacific Guard Warranty hires sales people to sell their CRAP car warranty. These sales people do not go through any background check and work from their homes. The motive IS to sell a car warranty, however, they knowingly employ criminals as sales people, some of whom have been imprisoned for identity theft and credit card fraud. Once they pass on your payment information for a HORRENDOUS car warranty, the CRIMINALS that work for AUTO WARRANTY SERVICES then use the information they have to steal your identity, credit info, etc. This small company sometimes works under Warrantech/Consumer direct. The main office located in Concord, California and the owners reside in the state of MO. They do not screen their telemarketers before employment. Those people are taking your checking accounts/creditcards. Currently there are 2 Ex-Cons working in there right now. They call themselves Senior Warranty specialists. They use a hand-made script and engage in aggressive sales. All the calls you receive are from a call center hired by them, a call center which purchases blocks of HUNDREDS of phone numbers. So don’t count on those calls ever ending. When people catch on to one number, they start using another. THIS WILL NOT END UNTIL THE US GOVERNMENT FINDS THESE FRAUDS AND PROSECUTES THEM. We must all report this to the authorities.

2. Have your cell/home phone provider track the calls and report them to the federal government
3. Report this CRIME of phone harrassment to the attorney general of your state.

FURTHER…they may even try to email you – this would give them access to your IP address and in some cases, all contents of your computer, such as bank account numbers, SS #, etc. PLEASE BE CAREFUL and report this to the proper authorities!

Just received a call from that number also....tried to call it back and it gives me the disconnected message

Good old Lance Keys from Goodland, KS called me too... That's how I just found out about whocallsme.com, by researching into this!

Did a reverse look up, then googled Lance Keys and found this page.

Wonder why the scammer is trying this number in NYC where not too many folks own cars.

This is a company trying to sell vehicle warranties - appears to be "consumer services" located in henderson, nv - attempting to locate the true corporate information so can file a law suit for harrassment

I dont know if you really are innocent in this whole scam, but Im never gonna know because you are a liar!!!

If you get called by this number dont ignore it, SCAM the SCAMMERS!! It is a lot of fun. They lie to you so you lie to them.

I a got call from this number asking me if I wanted an extended garuntee on my vehicle. I told this "Dominick" person that I had bought a Chevy truck, which was a total lie!! Then I asked him where he got my # and he responded by saying that the dealership at which I had bought my truck had given them my number. Then I told him that I had lied followed by me cussing him out! Hopefully he got the message because everyone knows that these people are scamming us, and if hes not careful hes gonna get caught!!! I traced the number and found out that he lives in or around Goodland, Kansas. So we know where you live DUMBASS!!!

By the way if you want to report them go to the Federal Trade Commision ot the FTC to stop these people. If they have enough complaints they will investigate the scammers.

I have service with tmobile..and i thought i was in agreement that my number would not be distributed.. hmmm ah wells.. some lonely broke man trying to scam i guess.. dont havt time to waste on them... but i thought i contribute couple of words on this site since you guys gave me some info on couple of phone #s.

I got a call from this number.  I live nowhere near the KS area.  It's probably a scam.  Don't give them any personal information!

Hey, I was looking at some of the comments other people have written and some people are assuming its All State, Geico, T-Mobile, Lincoln, Mercury or Ford, that are giving are numbers to the so called "telemarketers". Honestly I dont think its from any of these companies because I am getting the same calls everyone else has been getting but in no way am I associated with any of these companies. I think these frauds are randomly calling numbers to see if they can steal peoples identities. Its all really pathetic!!!

Called Florida cell phone at 5:02 pm, Sat, July 26 and did not leave a message. Trying to figure out if I knew this individual, I search-engined and found your comments.  I wonder if the 'kansas caller' is simply randomly dialing numbers or are being a little more sneaky. The good news, these type of calls are random and rare on my cell, knock on wood.  The better news is that people seem to be not responding to the soliciter's calls.  It is bad enough that people are stealing our identities in so many ways, why would you volunteer info over the phone to someone you don't know? If you don't recognize the number, don't pick up (I am a huge proponent of screening calls).  If it's important, they'll leave a message. Laslty, don't put your name on your voicemail so now they have a name to go with that unlisted number of yours! Thanks for the discussion below; it's shed some light.

I had a "missed" call from this very same number , July 25th, 2008 at 1541 .. I say "missed" because If i dont know the number, I dont answer... seeing that this number seems to be so popular, now Im a bit curious.
