yeah i got a lance call at 2:40 PM today, didnt have my phone on me so i didnt answer, i called back cause i get alot of calls, no answer, long story short im here adding my story. I wonder how many people have gotten these calls today?

Got a call from this one as well - Car Warranty Scam call strikes again!

Have been receiving calls from this number consistently for several weeks despite not answering the call.  If answered, the call is about an expiring warranty on my car.

got a call from the number about 3 days ago..must renew my car warranty NOW for 4500$ or I won't get another chance...even offered to take my credit card number if that would be an easier way to pay. Scam!!!!!

I didn't answer it because I don't answer numbers I don't recognize.

I'm in the same boat.  However, lately I've been getting calls every month or so from a variety of odd numbers, all related to "car warranty".  The calls are always on my cell phone - never my land line.  It must be the scam du jour.  After the Nigerian banking e-mail scam petered out they had to cook something else up to fleece the gullible out of some greenbacks.

Called my cell too and when I called back I got the same message number has been disconnected, there was no message left on my phone

Keeps calling, a solicitation- definitely illegal!

I played along with their scam and here's what I got:

Once you actually get the people in the company they were very nice and added my cell and work numbers to their DNC (Do Not Call) list.

If you actually paid for this service, please call the FBI and FCC.  It is a scam and they are just phishing for your personal info.

wasted cell minutes - is my cell company releasing numbers? - damn annoying - hope something can be done about this quickly

Got it a few weeks ago and it was asking me if I wanted to go to his car dealer what an idiot!!!!!!!!
