Got a yellow card 8/7/17.
Fine print on the bottom right made me Google it and I'm glad I did.

I received a yellow post card, saying I recently closed on mortgage, which I have not in 3 years. But maybe my x-husband sold our old house?  Anyway, I called to see what they would say, (*67 first so they could not see my number. They had automated voice system, asked for my number, I gave them my old one but it did not take it, so I hung up. I think it is insurance, they want to sell you life insurance for the amount of the loan, normally when you purchase home, why they are trying now I am not sure.

I received the same notice except on a yellow card.  I am glad I googled the number first.  Throw it away!!

I received a pink card too!  Thanks to  google I did not call

Well I guess they got tired with the pink color because I received a yellow card in the mail today with the same information but they added my new Morgage company name with a Morgage id# thanks got no phone calls, but they urged me to call them

Yes just got the pink card also.  look at the loan number printed on the card is this a real account??

Received a hello postcard referencing a recent mortgage written with American Financing with instructions to call 800.230.8750. it had a Mortgage ID reference #. I did not call. The USPostage paid presort permit was issued in Daytona #447. They appear to be a Mortgage Protection Services co.  NOT INTERESTED!

FYI, *67 does not work on 800 numbers since they are paying for the call, they are entitled to see who is calling.

Got Yellow card that 'recently closed' on mortgage which is not true.  Called Bank and they confirmed it is a scam.  As previous person noted, there is disclaimer in tiny letters at lower right that they are not associated with bank.

I received the same card today. Mine is yellow. The loan was paid off months ago.

Thank you for this info.  The cards are yellow now but say the same thing.  Same number and the mortgage ID # is not even close to our loan number.

Same here...but mine is yellow!  Same feeling as Sheryl...get a job people, and make money the  way the rest of us do!  Thanks for posting so others know about it.  It helps to Google and find answers.

Got a pink card in the mail. Same information as the people wrote above. My God, how stupid can people be. I always check Google first on any number I don't recognize.
