Got another yellow card again yesterday, but the name of my banking is not appeared on it. and still from Daytona bch fl. Your yellow card is trashed. This person have nothing better to do.  Get lost!!!

My card was yellow.  If you look in the lower right there is a statement "Not affiliated with, sponsored by, and loan information not provided by..." Name of lender.    Mortgage payoffs are public record because they relate to the property.  It is important to read every line of print on mailings like this.

I got a pink card from whoever this is. The card is going in to the trash.

Got this card I made today and I was a little freaked out. Glad I checked it out before — such a pain.

I got a yellow card today and my mortgage is just a year old (29 years left) and they printed my name wrong. I also know for a fact there is no issue because my payments and statements come regularly.

Got my yellow card today.  Throwing it away.   Appreciate everyone's input.  They are definitely trolling the county records getting this information.

Received the card also,  but it's yellow. So, I googled it instead of calling. Glad i did! It's a scam trying to get a hold of your info so they can steal your mortgage payments!
Do not give anyone your info over the phone! Do not call them!!

Got the same card yesterday.  I put the 1800-230-8750 number in google and this what do you know,  everyone is on to them.  [***].  I wish there was a way to hone in and find out who is behind it.

received a pink card as well, asks to call this number with Mortgage# which I never had.

our mortgage was sold to another company, so likely that's where they're getting their info.  mine was a yellow card, but with same sparse amount of info with some bogus mortgage ID on it.   fine print even says "Mortgage Protection Services. nothing related to your current lender"  ...  do what i did... fling it in the trash

They are now sending yellow cards with the same scam.  IGNORE!

What happened?

I got a yellow card with same info.  I sold my house a year ago.  So glad I looked up # first, but thought it was a scam as soon as I looked at it.

Got pink card too and it said to call on 800-230-8750 regarding the Mortgage

I just received a yellow card in the mail with the same information.
