It must be about a week that this number is calling my home phone number several times a day and they never leave a message.  I do not answer call when my call display on the phone says "unkown name".  If it is important, then just leave a message otherwise you are out of luck and you will never get an answer from me.

You have to go through an auto "DO NOT CALL" sequence to have your number removed. It claims it takes 24 hours. LET'S SEE!@!

Just dial this number back press 1, wait thru the chat and follow the prompts to remove your number. Takes about 3 minutes

Boy, is this annoying. Ring, Ring, Ring, Pick up and there's no one on the line. I assume that it is an automatic dialer on a server somewhere.
I called the number from a pay phone (Security Reasons) and found out it is a rogers marketing call. Yes it is rogers. I followed the voice menu to have my number dropped from their list in the next 24 hrs. Lets se if that works.

Yes it is a company calling for Rogers. I just hooked up my landline Wednesday and by Thursday I was receiving calls from this company (Gemma). I called it and yes they say they will remove your number within 48 hours.

sooo annoying, they have called me every day for the past 2 weeks. EVERY DAY. i never answer.  it needs to stop. please help me!

I can one up everyone - I received 2 calls from this number within A HALF HOUR of one another and once yesterday.

Absolutely ridiculous.

They never stop ringing and when you try to find out who called they do not exist. Companies that do not have a valid return number should be shut down.

So annoying, does anyone know who they are?

Always call from Gemma Communications (Rogers). Please quit ringing my number.

Received a call on November 24th, 2008 at 7:04 est.  Who ever called keep the phone ring for about a minute uninterrupted until the phone was answered and quickly hung up.  They did not call back after I hung up.

The caller didn't leave a message and called only once (so far).

daily someone calls 1 800 395 8813 then i pick up there is nothing  . it has been 15 days

I get calls every day from this number 1-800-395-8813 as shown by the caller id.  I understand now that it is ROGERS (via GEMMA COMMUNICATIONS) trying to tella market sell me a phone or services.  My number is listed on the 'DO NOT CALL LIST'.  I think it would be great if someone a ROGERS can tell me how it is that they are not reguired to follow the 'DO NOT CALL LIST' requirements.  By that I mean (ROGERS or anyone representing ROGERS) 'DO NOT CALL' numbers listed on the Do Not Call List. (TELL ME 'ROGERS' DOES NOT UNDERSTAND SOMETHING SO SIMPLE.) They call 5 or 6 times a day every day for weeks now and I never answer nor do they leave a message.  ROGERS,,, 'listen up' you have nothing I want!!!!!!  If there is something you have that I want I will my people make contact with your people and and and and -'O' Never Mind?

Who can stop these very annoying calls from 1-800-395-8813 and 1-888-556-5140? I receive many of thse calls per day and wonder if they can not be traced and procsecuted.

...didn't even left a message on my machine.
i've registered on the Do Not Call List last year, but i still get all these annoying calls...

I have received three calls from 800-395-8813 on my work cell phone in three days. When I answer no one there. No one answers I hang up. Tell them to stop.

Recall the number and take 15 seconds to manually remove your number from their call list. Simple as that
