I called Rogers in early March about taking my name off and turning my marketing prefs off...4 weeks later, the calls have NOT stopped!

Opted out marketing preference online a month ago but it didn't work... unsubscribed the service...

When you tell ROGERS Direct Telemarketers nicely to take your number off, they'll do it BUT they'll pass/sell your number to Gemma Corp to harass you. THEN Gemma will pass/sell your number to everyone else...scammers, cheats, virus makers and internet spammers included.
Gemma Corp must be part of ROGERS or owned by a Rogers FAMILY MEMBER OR RELATIVE. They'll do the exact same ROGERS thing. They'll agree to take your number off BUT then pass your number on to Gemma you get a lot of other harrasing calls to buy, buy, buy ROGERS "new" cell phone plan, tv plan or "internet stick" or consolidate with new credit cards, everything...
CANCEL ALL ROGERS SERVICES BECAUSE CANADA'S DO NOT CALL LIST ALLOWS THEM TO CALL THEIR CUSTOMERS but they cannot call non-customers.
I have CANCELLED ALL my ROGERS services.
I don't need to pay them every month to harass me??? Are we fools?
There are better companies out there - TELUS, Bell,(NOT Fido, Fido is part of ROGERS), 7-Eleven Speakout cellular, Petro Can Cellular, Virgin mobile, more...

ROGERS is using our monthly payments to them to harass us... WE ARE FINANCING OUR OWN HARASSMENT !!!
They called my cell phone ALL the time... every weekday and every weekend WITHOUT FAIL... even up to 3 times a day on my cell phone !!
Gee, why do we keep paying to get ourselves harassed? Lots of fun???
We pay ROGERS, ROGERS pays Gemma Corp (1-800-395-8813)and WE get harassed.
If WE don't mind being harassed, OTHERS DO.
IF we don't think of ourselves, think of others... hardworking busy housewives, responsible, hardworking parents driving at high speeds ( NOT speeding but highway speeds of 110kph or 120kph) with babies or children in the car AND then they get distracted by ROGERS/Gemma who are rude, persistent and keep babbling about ROGERS products or services!!!

It is a Rogers # - they dont leave a message but if you call the number back you can go through and automated process to have your number removed from their list.

I just did this - so hopefully that will be that.

hey have been calling me for about 2-3 weeks now once a day, i just ignore it or forward it to busy, but it is getting irritating!!!! STOP PHONING ME CREEPERS!!!!

If you wish to have your number removed from their calling list simply call them back dial 1 for English the dial 1 again to have your number removed you will then hear some of Rogers promotions then dial 11 confirm your phone number and you are done.

Got a call from them ar work today.  They were claiming to be from Rogers with a promotion offer, but it was an OBVIOUS scam!!!  They were very pushy and wanted me to buy right then and there.  No big professional company like Rogers would dare to use the tactics this man was using.  Heavy accent also.

The number 1-800-395-8813 is Gemma Communications LP.  They give you this number 416-850-9357 so you can have your name removed.  Looked up 416-850-9357 and saw that this number belongs to The Healthy Way, 250 Carlton St. Toronto,ON  M5A 2L1  416-850-9357 (Dundas St. & Parllament St.)????????  I tried other reverse look-ups and could not trace this number.  Shady, very shady!!

Rogers obviously wants to hear from you so pick any of their numbers and call, call, call and call.
If you get a machine, leave a long rambling message. If it's human, then play them your complete CD collection, talk about the weather, discuss who's gonna win the Stanley cup.

Or tell them flat out never, ever call again or you will contact Do Not Call

Hey all,
this number calls me evryday for about 1 month now, not just my home phone but even my Cell in the same day.
I wish I could send them a Virus over the phone line!!!

My Caller ID told me I received another call from this number today at 9:15am.  It was blocked by the Screen Machine I purchased from London Drugs (~$10)  last fall.  The machine works by giving all callers a recorded message that can be immediately bypassed by dialing 5.  This stymies automated calling machines which will disconnect.  It won't remove the calling number but I'm not too bothered because the phone will only ring once before the machine kicks-in.  It also stops real marketers who won't stay online to give a recorded message if we don't pick up.  Well worth the low price.

This # has it’s origins in Toronto 416 850 9357.  This is a Roger’s call center.  The person in charge is Louise and Harry.  Please call them and hang up.  Do this many times per day!  GEMMA communications.

Whoever this is has called me 15 times in the month of May, never a message. Any updates who they are?

I get a call from this number at least once a day for the past couple of weeks. The same thing was happening to me late last year and now again this summer. I just try to ignore it.
