I get these calls 3 times a day and a couple of times I have answered and told the person I am not interested and to quit calling but that didn't stop the calls now I just leave it ring but this has been going on for months and months and I don't believe they will ever stop.

I check my credit cards and it is my Goodyear Card. I have doing business at the same Goodyear store for over 20 years. I called Goodyear customer service and told them I was closing my account. They asked me to give them 72 hours and I would received no more calls.

We'll See.......

These are Very Low Life Scumbags who can not get a Job anywhere because nobody will hire them because they are mentally Brainless.

When you see their tel number  800-446-1022 on your caller ID make sure you  ANSWER as  NASTY as you possibly can  with  sex comments   etc etc etc etc etc  sex comments  etc etc etc. They should answer you Real Quick (they seem to have major sex problems relating to can not climax problems), you have the choice to stop talking and  listen to them beg you to talk or you can get some real good person to person comedy job practice.

They will have more outside numbers call you trying to bother you , write these numbers down and after the second call put them on your hit list, you will have good luck:  BE  AS  NASTY AS POSSIBLE .

my wife and I *do* have a business relationship with this HSBC (we have "orchard bank" branded credit cards.)  They are calling to sell additional products, such as insurance and account "protection" plans.  They are NOT calling to discuss my current accounts.  They call dozens of times a week, sometimes as much as 6 times a day!

Even though we have a business relationship, i have told them to stop calling.  As such, since we are on the national do not call list and I have asked them to stop calling, I have reported them.  Also, my phone provider (comcast) allows me to block certain number, they're now on my block list.  
This week they called 14 times in 3 days!  [***]

This number shows up on my caller ID as "TOLL FREE SVC" at least 4 times a day.   I have never answered their call.  After reading several of the posts on this site I decided to dial back the number & sure enough it was HSBC.  I selected option 2 --(remove my number from their telemarketing directory)  Message stated it could take up to thirty days ....so hopefully by the beginning of next month the calls will cease.

when ever an  800 nmuber calls your phone.   if you do not know the number.   go to a room where it is qiet.   do not say anything.   pick up the receiver and put it down and wait untill you get the noise telling you your receiver is off  the hook.   then hang it up.  this should cause their computer doing the calling to kick your phone number out of their system.   this has worked for me a couple times.   i was watching a tv show about two years ago and this is what the fellow said to do.  i tried it and it worked.  give it a try!!

Don't count on the government to do the right thing...

I am getting so fed-up with receiving this call 1-800-446-1022 sometimes as many as two or three times a day. And if that isn't bad enough, when I answer the phone there is no one there. It usually catches me when I am in the front or back bedroom or out in the garage.
If I could get them to answer I would gladly tell them NOT TO CALL AGAIN. I am on the do-not call list. It doesn't seem to be working.

i hate it

I get calls as many as 10 times per day from this number.  I want is stopped.  They do not leave a message and when I call back it is not a number that takes calls from this service area.

Indian-accented people keep calling from this number saying they are from HSBC. They call once a week and ask for someone who doesnt live here and never has. I tell them that every time. Ive tried to have the number removed to no avail. And this is NOT the real HSBC. I contacted them directly and verified that our number isnt even in their system and that we dont have an account with them. They are aware of people doing this and claiming to be them, and they are looking into it. In the meantime, we should all just keep reporting these callers to the authorities.

CALLER ID  #  800-446-1022   IS USING BOGUS CALLER ID NUMBERS AND FAKE NAMES AND  IS MOST LIKELY IN  A  "CM" NETWORK THAT  BUYS -   SELLS  -  TRADES  &  MAKES  DEALS  WITH  THIS  INFORMATION  FOR  THEIR  "CM"  GROUPS THROUGH OUT  THE  USA.

These HSBC people call several times a day. No one in my family has a HSBC credit card and never has. I have never even heard of this company. I took my number off the call list and we are on the DNC list. UGH! Stop calling US!

Sick and tired of them calling offering insurance from HouseHold Bank, told them no still called five more time I'm reporting to the FTC.

Receive this call daily.  They ask for my mother who is 83 years old.  They represent HSBC.
