- Dean replies to Please stop calling meI live in Vancouver and I also receive at least 3 calls per day in early morning, late afternoon and in the evening. No messages are left. Like other people I am also fed up.
- KBGot a call this morning from this number. A guy horribly butchered my name and I asked what it was about, he said "Courtesy call from TD Visa". I then told him if he couldn't pronounce my name right I wasn't interested in talking to him and he hung up on me. I called back and put my number on their do not call list. Hopefully it works since they have been calling 2-3 times a day for the last week.
- Caller: ICT Group

- EuniceAlmost everyday. Few times a day sometime. Too much. I called it back and they have an option for me to remove from their list.
- Ticked!I have been getting calls from this number for 15 days now!! 15! and not once have I been able to answer as I work in the day... duh! but I called back and it was a company that calls and harasses you until you call back -hence the dead air when you answer- and they tell you to look them up, or send your number *in writing to have your number taken off their call back list.. then at the very end of the message it gives you the option to remove your number over the phone.. the writing way takes forever, and the over the phone way supposedly takes 72 hours... well, ya right.. its been a few days now and I am STILL recieving calls from this stupid place 4-5 times a friggin day! I am ready to sue someone!! argh!
- Caller: Inconsiderate Jerks!
- DianeI get a call form this # every two hours during the day. There is only dead air when I answer so I do not get the satisfaction of asking them to stop. Very frustrating ,it must stop. I now am feeling harassed, my next step is the police as Bell cannot do anything.
- Aldrexx replies to Alexthis.
call the # (Sykes) back and have your phone added to their "Do Not Call List". After 2days, never heard from them again. - jfuHeres what I did about this call.
I called my TD visa credit card company, told them the situation about getting 20+ calls per week and was tired of it.
Of course they tried to pawn it off on the other company and to call them. I respondedd by telling them I was talking to noone else because they are calling on your (TD Visa's) behalf.
further delays and i mentioned if i get 1 more call I'm closing my account.
the visa rep then obligied being very helpful.
I suggest everyone call TD as well so that they are aware of the problem.- Caller: 8005449568

- yukon galcalled me every 15 minutes on one day - - never leave message - called back to them and removed my number from list - hopefully - very annoying in first place
- Caller: 8005449568 Sykes
- JPThey started calling me everyday at 5min increases, annoying as hell. If you answer the phone 9 chances out of 10 there isn't anyone there, but the system is recording that someone answered so they have an idea of what time to have someone call so that they are somewhat guaranteed an answer.
It's a company called Sykes, formerly know as ICT Group. IF you call back you will get a recording at after they tell you "you may hang up now" wait a couple of seconds and it will give you the option to have your number removed from their call list.- Caller: Sykes

- BLKThree times today so far!
- CanolliThe best solution is to call the number back. It offers a way to remove your number (add it to their DNC list)
The Canadian DNC list doesn't apply to companies with which you do business. So, if you are a TD client, the Federal DNC doesn't help (although, it does help for avoiding a gazillion other telemarketers).
By the way, the company is now called Sykes they bought ICT in Oct. 2009.- Caller: Sykes (ICT)

- AndyI got a call from this number today, 4:02 pm, May 11, 2010.
The caller is a bad guy, a garbage from his mother. - not pleased800 544 9568 keeps calling me. how can we stop this?
- NickiThis number has been harrasing me, calling my cell up to 5 times aday during all hours of the day. I have yet to answer the call up until today after I finally had enough of them calling. Today they called me at around 8:00am ON A LONG WEEKEND. When I answered this lady said her name and that she was calling on behalf of TD Canada Trust. I asked her what she wanted and she said my name and asked me to confirm it. When I said yes what do you want she said thank you and hung up. I called TD right after and asked for a supervisor and told her all that happened. She told me that they have been getting complaints and that this company is named Sykes, they sell insurance and they are not TD just an affliation. She understood my anger and frustration and filed a complaint as well as put me on a Do not call list both internally and national. Hopefully this helps.

- Nickicall back the number and listen to the recording at the end when the system says please hang up now, there is a second or two of dead air. Dont hang up and another automated system will come up saying to press one to be added to there do not call list. then enter your number. hopefully that means they wont call anymore!

- Sam| 2 repliesI answered 8005449568 and accepted a free 30 days trial by saying "yes", then that lady confirmed my address (she's already known my address?!), then she asked my e-mail address and date of birth and i told her...
I am so worried that what will happen next.. I am not a native Canadian, so i thought it was really calling from TD bank, but then i realized that it wasn't.
She said i will receive a letter within 7 to 10 days, and i will have to start paying $19.99 charged to my credit card after the 30 days. But she said i can cancel the service anytime i want as no fee will be charged at all.
Can anyone give me some advice?
Should i call TD bank just in case my identity will be stolen? Or what i should do if there is no letter coming to me?
Please...i need help guys :(- Caller: 8005449568
- SarahDoes anyone have the cancellation number for the TD Visa protection? I was stupid and didn't write it down because I thought it was my bank. I called them and said that it had nothing to do with them. I was told they would send me a package with a free credit report.
Please if anyone has this number post it! I am going to try to call the company directly. But in the mean time I will research more on this.- Caller: 18005449568
