One of my customers was recently scammed by RCS, purchasing a $25 box of 200 ear plugs for $280 and a box of 20 Dust masks for $158.  When called they replied "no return on any items".  The BBB has similar complaints regarding this company. Beware.

How much money did you make with them. Is it worth working there just to make money.

i work at sparta chem and i was told by the owner to check our web page because there were several messages saying that sparta chem is the scum of the earth and that,s when i came across the same reports about rubachem-let me make it clear i have been associated with both companies and believe me they dont ship anything out unless they know it,s a order they are both very tight on making sure that it is a good order i know i am not saying that there are some things i wish they both can change  everbody gets the promo and whatever he or she ordered---i dont think it is fair to refer us as scumbags  and that we are a bunch of ripoffs

I just started working for rubechem and it is an upright company. We are into sales, we get customers to like us just like any other sales proff. and then send them a superior product, no more no less.

Ya...from the way she made it sound, I have a date with Terry Andrews next time she is in town.  She is personally going to bring over some Vikings tickets for me.  As we speak she is sending me a one of a kind Superbowl Football, since it is RCS' 30th anniversery and everything.  I am thinking to myself, you have to sell alot of hand cleaner to be able to give some Project Manager, (who has never bought anything from you),  Vikes tickets and a steak dinner.  Thanks alot guys...you just shattered my dreams of Terry Andrews in her size 4 dress and a game day party.  My day is ruined.

The same Sparta Chem out of Elmwood that was (apparently only temporarily) shut down by the FTC for scamming?  You do sound al lot like Rubachem.

You can try to make yourself feel better, but the fact that Rubachem's invoiced prices are typically 10X the normal going price for the same or better product tells the whole story.  If they didn't at least mislead they couldn't sell their stuff.

The case can be made that what you do idn't illegal, but it is at minimum immoral.

I feel that I need to make a recommendation since so many people have been harmed by this group.  The only way this will get fixed is if people file complaints against them with your state's Dept. of Commerce, the New Jersey BBB, and FTC.  After much initial posturing they dropped a claim against us for product that we did not feel we owed for.  They only dropped their claim after we started involving these third parties.

My business had the same problems with this company. It took two months of trying to get out of them who they were because they kept rudely hanging up on us up to four times a day. They finally said RCS, and at this point we had enough call traces put on their calls to have them arrested. An employee from there called and asked for a former employee who worked for us in the past. How he got his name, I have no idea. When asked if I could help him, the caller asked if I took his position. Being the President of the company, I said yes just to see what these people that need to get a real job wanted. The RCS employee said "Right!..." What a rude and ignorant idiot on the other end of the line....Our company takes County 911 calls and other emergency calls that need to get through. With them calling 4 times a day and hanging up, we were all ready to go to the authorities, and may still for all the harrassment they put us through for the last two months. Don't put up with their crap....they wouldn't if it was you calling and bothering them!

no i will not dispute you on what you said because you are 100% right,i just dont understand why they need to lie so much to make a sale also let me clear something else up i no longer work at rubachem or at sparta chem and i can tell you right now i am glad now that they never ask me to return to rubachem because i dont want to scam,mislead,or have people lose there jobs because only people who have no compassion  can do that pitch how could i have done it so long, i dont fear nothing -----but i do fear -----------GOING TO HELL---randy

This has to be 2 different companies i have been dealing with RubaChem Systems out of Northvale NJ for over 10 years and have nothing but could experiences with them. We dont buy from them they buy from us, I have a hard time believing that they cold call people and and mislead them the way people are stating. IT HAS TO BE DIFFERNET COMPANY. i will check back later to see any remarks.

hi evilurges77,i just wanted to make clear that i have and always will be thankful to rubachem and the rubach family they will always be like my second family i was just saying as i said before i wish they could change some things and you are right i was speaking of another company in fair lawn that is the bottom of the barrel i have always spoke highley of rubachem and still do i miss working there more then you will ever know.and take care of the evil urges lol lol-randy---------again the company i was speaking of was sparta chem in fair lawn

jim reed was our "scammer" -- and such an [***] @ that. was mr nice until you asked for his boss. @ that point boss was suddenly out of the country. he would SCREAM @ me on the phone. sent my company some hand soap and ice melt. would NOT take it back. we didn't order it, didn't want it. and charged us $1200. was "willing" to settle for $600. finally i googled, found this page, called the BBB of NJ and they've had 23 complaints in the last 2 years. i filed another. she said i should expect a zero balance invoice in the mail. so i called jim reed back and politely left a message not to call here EVER again and to enjoy running his scam. my guess is... he never calls back.

nope, it's that company. check BBB of new jersey. type in rubachem and their address is northvale nj. sorry but either you're lying, or you've been extremely lucky. maybe they buy your product and turn around and sell it for double?
