This sounds just like the  company that I worked at for about ten days in summer of 97. They were based out of the office complex by the New City Condos. They would try to sell all kinds of office and cleaning supplies and part of the pitch was telling the person that the owner was going to come visit them and takem out for a steak dinner. Wonder if it is the same guy.

None of you are mistaking... They now operated as Star West Labs LLC... ABSOLUTE CROOKS! Now it's Don Turner at Star West Labs is the same as Don Stevens at Horizonproductsllc.net which is pushing the same scam... Too long a story to tell but, it got past our accounts payable twice to the tune of $2400... I filed with the FTC last week... If that get's nowhere, I wil contact the media and try to get a story done on how poor our tax money is being put to use.. These are flat out crooks and Dennis J. Saccurato, he's the head [***]...

I used to work for Rubachem back in 2005.  They hired me as a data entry clerk and my job was high pressured and stressful.  The supervisor of my department went out on maternity leave and they hired another girl to take her place.  Once the original supervisor was coming back after having her baby, they suddenly eliminated my position.  The office manager screwed up royally and tried to place the blame on me in hopes of getting me fired but I was able to prove that I was not at fault.  They really will send out the "gift" items they promise (shirts, hats, tickets, etc.) but they are high pressured sales.  I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.  You can buy the same types of products from a janitorial supply store at a much lower cost.

So how long have you worked for Rubachem?  Because if you received anything better than what has been reported, you are either a liar or someone that works for them.  

It is a scam, they sell over-priced marginally good products and the oh you are such a great person jargon is crap. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.  Anyone can create a moderately good website to bilk the masses out of their money..

I laugh at all these posts.   I worked there and had to train on how to lie to the customer. One funny thing was the fake names they used.  One agent had the name of a porn star.   Hey JoJo.  How u doin?

I received a call from a James Silver aka dennis j saccurato, he said we ordered materials and its in the door, his famous words, in the door. Then he tried to settle for a percentage. First of all we did not order the goods, secondly he overcharged us almost 51.95 for one gallon of degrease that sells in Home Depot for 7.95  then he charges the shipping and handling, shipping my foot he uses a fake ups account and does not pay the shipping. Wake up UPS he his using your system.
Then he has some lady call us and tell us we owe her and she is the head of collections or the chief head in charge of head. LOL file your taxes no tax return = JAIL   did you hear he was locked up in Valhalla for child support. The old [***] still owes child support.

He is a boneless scounrdral, like a weasel climbs in and out of holes. they threw him out of his jersey headquarters, when the lawyer wanted to call the cops he ran like a little rat that he is. Did you hear he took payroll deductions and then forgot to make the payments. Instead he used the $$$ for sushi. He hired an old salesman from long island, a professional con man about 80 years old they have been friends for 40 years, also before his filing and takeover he stole all the old folders, did you hear that. Well i have met some stupid individuals in my life but he takes the cake, he not only made and robbed millions from people, customers, busisnesss and his ex wife, he beat the child support for years without paying and making false statements saying he is broke. He pays $2700 rent, $1200 for car payments, $400 for car insurance, $250 for cellphone service,  $600 a week for the chief head , $450 for the chief chemists and all had been done with no corporate or no personal income taxes filed for years. NO TAXES.   MILLIONS DEPOSITED AND HE HAS NO INCOME, NOT EVEN A TAX RETURN FILED. I AM SURE SUBPEOPNAS WILL BE FILED AND THEY ARE DIGGING FOR HIS INCOME, HIS ANSWER IS NO WORRIES, I DEPOSITED MILLIONS SO WHAT I OWE NOTHING, BECAUSE I SPENT IT. HE WOULD SAY THEY CAN POUND SAND, I DO NOT CARE, WHERES THE BEEF.

by the way his latest cell phone number is 201.913.0248 and his latest company number is 516.829.0912 this is of course a voip number. but if you ask for the chief in charge of sales and did you get it in the door, his famous words they will connect you. By the way did you hear he was hiding a two door BMW at his condo in the garage with fake plates, it belongs to one of the companies and he hid the car from the court and from the trustee. He was laughing he said they will not find it, its right under their nose. What a character, to run 8 business and not file any taxes for years and collect millions, NO TAXES, NO CHILD SUPPORT, I wonder what his Columbian girlfriend thinks now. Oops was not supposed to say anything. But his current girlfriend will not find out, she was home sleeping and the lady used to come over at night in the back hallway, no cameras. Do not tell anyone. I heard this from a bird. Anyway he believes everyone around him is stupid and he is the most intelligent.  Well not too intelligent forgot to pay uncle sam.

Saccurato because of the FTC cases that he had and the fines he paid. Technically he was restricted from doing business and or owning a business to do with chemicals. But he is doing it, no stop here. Today he operates under everyone ones nose right from his condo he rents. Its also a total fraud, he has the light under one fake name, he has the cable under another fake name, the lease is under another name, the eggplant Range Rover he drives is registered to who know whom, then he has the BMW 2 door coupe he is hiding in his condo garage with fake commericial plates, he did not turn it over to the authorities as an asset of the bankrupt company. He claims it belongs to his sons company, but meanwhile he forged all the checks to take money out of the bank account at Chase. Yes he maintained a corporate bank account at chase where he would deposit checks, then the next morning pretending to be his son he would go and cash checks. Yes CASH them, no tax he just cashed the checks and paid the bills, and he would say POUND SAND moneys gone.

you see what happened to marta steeeeeewarrrrrt with the tax problem, and how about Helmsley, these too had plenty of lawyers and accountants, well the scoundrel this old [***] weasel has neither, he is lonely because he [***] them all, he did not discriminate, he [***] his lenders, he then did it to his accountant of 30 years, then he did it to his lawyers, then he did it to his suppliers, but chemical, truckers, employees, lenders, girlfriends, he even stole from his own son. No discrimination he he just [***] everyone along the way and if you give him the chance he will [***] you twice with the chief head, that is chief head collection division, and the senior citizen sales division in long island. like I said the hanging is slow but sure. I do not know when was the last time he paid any taxes, [***] paying taxes he did not even file taxes, he just formed new companies, and kept the party going. he has many names, first his, then his children, then he made up names, and I am sure there's more to the story, but with some investigation, maybe Sherlocccccck Holllllllllllllllllllllllllllllmes needs to be on the case. But last I checked in America to afford the amount of money he spends, you need income and taxes, uncle sam wake up and smell the roses. Do not need to chase a three legged dog too far or too hard. Especially when the dog runs in a circle and does not run far from home. LOL
