People that I don't know need to stop calling our house phone. I am so sick and tired of it. I just wish that there were a law saying that if you are advertising something you can only send stuff in the mail, because some people don't want to wake up at 2:45 in the morning because they want us to join there bank. What in the world is that all about. Unless your the Salvation Army, or Clothing Donations etc. then don't call me. Your just ruining other peoples days.

I just called chase bank and they said it is there collections department. But I do agree when I called the number back they did not answer as chase bank the just said hi. Like it was a home number which made me feel weird and that is why I decided to investigate it before I gave them information. They need to be more professional

If it really is Chase... why do they not leave a voicemail saying who they are? Why do they call 5 times a day? That is extremely unprofessional. I have been overdrawn in the past and NEVER had them call me like this. Chase always sends a letter in the mail to inform me of my overdrafts, they have never called me. Why should I believe they will start calling me now? And so often? At 9, 11, 1, 4, and 5:45, every day.. that's quite ridiculous. Sorry, Chase, that I went overdrawn; I will deposit more money into my bank account, but don't call me 5 times a day.

If these people work for Chase they need to go to some sort of customer service class...they are the real idiots. You should never pick up a business phone and just answer “HELLO”.  I do not have a Chase account and there for should never have to provide my full Social Security number. Maybe you did work for Chase, or maybe not.

I asked for a mailing address because he wanted mine and he Disconnected  the phone call...lol real smart!  1. a Business  always by law has to give the Consumer a address and phone number. I've been getting calls from here and I am overdrawn with Chase, so these other folks are probably correct.

This is a Chase Bank from home.  Home business making money on the side.  Once you verify any account number, be prepared to see a negative on your account.  Beware!

I'm BAD you know it!!!  back to heaven now....   Love you!

Recorded message which was clipped leaving only last 4 digits. Asking me to call office number - I did actually manage to get through to people a few months before but obviously they never deleted my number.  It's a fake Chase bank number and they're saying I am overdrawn.  I don't have a Chase account. They called every two hours on Saturday.  I am reporting them. It says Toll Free Call on caller ID.

It is really suspicious to get a call from a bank on a Sunday. I got the call Sunday around 1pm and that is not bankers hours. I'm headed to the branch to make sure that nobody got my info somehow.

I received several calls from this number each day.  I was already aware my account was overdrawn (check I deposited from a company bounced) and contacted the customer service via phone and the online secure msg regarding this issue BEFORE I started receiving these calls.  What's disappointing is that they've not left a msg and call ALL DAY long.  I cannot answer my phone during the day because I'm at work (in a call center - LOL) but I would have been happy to call them back to let them know I'm aware and already contacted them.  Cannot do so when there's no msg with callback number.  That's really unprofessional!!

I have well over 1000 in the card and told them never to call even in an emergency. This number has called 167 times in the past month. Everytime there is an expence made, I get a text message saying where it was made, what it was for and how much. I also have the jp morgan app so I also get a notification about it. I visited my local bank and gave them this number and they told me that the number isn't with their bank or collection department and never to answer or call this number back, EVER.
