- joe replies to H8RChasebank will fail if you can get politicians that are bought by Rockefeller to go against the Rockefeller family. Remember they own most of the country through proxies and web of companies that would leave your head spinning
- KaliaI called the 800-555-0433 number back and they wanted me to tell them my full account number or SS#. The lady refused to answer anything until I gave her my personal information. The phone number may claim it's Chase bank, but the call may be re-routed on the back end. Chase would not need you to give a full SS#. When I asked her to remove my phone number, she asked me if I had a Chase account. The only information I gave was that I did have an account. She snapped back at me that they will keep calling as long as I have a Chase account. I called the real Chase bank and found there was nothing wrong with my account and that this is a phishing scam.
The real Chase bank has automatic notifications on low balances, etc. via email or text message - not phone calls. If anyone posting that they had an overdrawn account and got a audio call from this number, it is either coincidental or part of the scam. Chase wants you to pay the overdraft fees so they can make money! They would not call thousands of customers to say they were $15 overdrawn when they can make $25 if they wait a day. - drknow323I tried calling them back but it says # out of service, they have called me twice and left a VM where I can hear some typing on a keyboard of a computer.....

Calls my work cell phone six to eight times a day! I finally had to ask the person that manages wireless at my company to see if they can block the number. I would think that if it is a legitimate company calling for a legitimate reason they would leave a message and ask for a call back. I don't think I have ever had any company call me this often even when I was late on my bills!- Caller: (800) 555-0433
- Sue R| 1 replyThey told me that I couldn't go to the branch to take care of it. Is that true?
- Caller: Chase Bank

- anon replies to Sue RThey are a scam. Just got a call at the office (on the 5th phone line that we NEVER use) asking about sending an electricity bid. I'm in an office building and we don't handle our electricity independently. Most people know this if they actually look us up.
- kimmy replies to just got backso I just got a call from this number, I know I owe chase but why when I look up the number it says it not a working number or its not valid. also, they left a msg with just background chatter then someone farted on the phone and hung up.
- ashley8005550433 calls me 5-6 times a day, never leave a message and unidentifiable when I call them back. Google'd the number and some show it is Chase Bank and some show it is a scam. My best guess is it is a scam seeing as I've never had a Chase Bank account in my life and I just got a new cell phone number so even if I did have some sort of outstanding balance for something somewhere with Chase they would have my old number.
SO BEWARE FRIENDS- Caller: ??
- StevenI've been receiving calls from this number on and off over the past few days; finally, I decided to call that number back, heard the Chase bank introduction, and explained my situation to the representative, calmly keeping my cool. I verified that the name didn't match mine and that this number was from T-Mobile's prepaid service (the other person's service must have lapsed, explaining that part). They removed the phone number from their systems and let's see how things turn out. I find it very odd that they didn't say their company affiliation first and then ask for the person, but I'm not one to judge how a company should or should not deal with customer service.
- Caller: Chase
- Chase CustomerIt really is Chase Bank, they do follow up calls for customers with overdrawn checking/savings accounts. I really appreciate the services they provide. They have come a long way in opinion from when they were Washington Mutual!
- Caller: JP Morgan Chase Bank
- $talksIt's Chase Overdraft Department. My account has been overdrawn for 6 days. I have direct deposit, so the overdraft will be taken care of. They charge a fee if your account is overdrawn 10 days so I guess they are trying to help, but they call incessantly cell, work, home...whatever number they have, they call it. My response... what was my last deposit? oh....when was I last overdrawn? oh.... give me a break, my direct deposit will be there tomorrow. They are truly a pain in the a$$ but so is Wells Fargo. Whitney Bank isn't so bad, but they are really too small to make a$$e$ out of themselves.

- ItsHappenedToMe replies to JosephIt is quite possible that an actual account holder gave them the wrong phone number.
- AnotherVoiceI believe this number is Chase. I have been getting texts saying my account has overdrafted for the past week and now this number is calling. The funny thing is I don't have a Chase account. I've had auto loans in the past but were settled years ago. I have never had a savings or checking with them but with the all of a sudden text notifications and now call and reading the posts here it makes sense it is a Chase number.
- jjm replies to ChristyWhy don't they leave a message then? they just hang up - if it really was/is chase and i really do have an account issue, why not just leave a message saying that? instaed of calling 4 5 6 times a day.
- insanity replies to Botheredit is not a scam - it is a legitimate chase bank number. i work for their call center. before you post comments- you should check your facts. this is the call center number for overdrawn accounts. they will not ask you for personal information, only to verify information they already have. check your facts!
- confusedKeep getting calls from this number but leaves no message. What the heck!
- sylvester taylorI get calls all day and I dont have any accts with Chase
- bubba| 3 repliesYes, it's Chase, most likely collections dept. I called, gave them my number, and they asked if my phone number was shared with anyone else that has a Chase account. I said no, and they said they will update the account in question.
