i have received the same text that someone is charging me 19.99 a month and it is a ascam

I have been subscribed to this thing multiple times. I want it to stop but they continue. How do you get them to stop?

I have been getting the same charges on my phone.  Every month it is a different "company name" like joke_alert or game cheats... My cell provider gave me credit for the 1st one, but wont help me with any others.  I have not signed up for ANYTHING.  The phone company says to text "stop" but when you do they dont and someone else texts you.  I did learn one thing though, you need to turn off the "call back" feature on your phone that has your # on it.  I believe this is how they are continuing to do this. It is like spam or they are sharing your # with other like fradulent companies.  I want to know who do I complain to to get something done about this?  These people are getting rich off of us and i feel helpless with nobody to contact.  Do we need to take this to the better business bureau???  HELP!!!

My husband and I were going over our phone bill and discovered charges on our sons phone for texting and gamecheats, which our son can do neither.  He's blind and disabled and had been charged 30.00 for 3 months of these charges and he never did the calls!  Have emailed the helpdesk we'll see if we get a response!  The company should have fraud charges on them!!! I do agree they should be put of business!!! This is definitely fraud.
If we don't get it taken care of ASAP we also will take it further.

I received one bill from verizon with this 18005599313 charging me 9.99 four differnt times on one bill.  I am furious and verizon would not take them charges off they just told me to call them and get it stopped but of course they told me to e-mail mobile support which there is not site for me to send them an e-mail so I just temporarily disconnected the phone until I can get them to stop billing me for this mess.

Stop sending me a text message and credit me the money you owe me for your stupid text. Call me. You have my number. I did take action due to the complaint page here with authority.

need reimbursement on my cell phone bill for sjam mobile andgo live mobile alert. I never wanted either of these and have been billed for both. My carrier is Verizon--my phone # is 402-981-7717--address is 20641 corral rd. elkhorn, ne. 68022. The main carrier on my phone is pamela yahnke.

I was charged $9.99 for a text from this number.  I never went online to get anything.  My cell company advised not to open any texts coming from an 800 number.

I got charged for this stuff too and I did not even sign up for this and I can't seem to get it off my phone and I did call my cell company and they too it off but they told me that I had to cancel with the company too and they said that when i get a new message to cancel it with them. I did that and they sent me a denied acess. I am going to be also writing the BBB on this also this company sucks big time.

I would like to cancel this subscription immediately since I never signed up for it anyway. I have been charged 4 times in the last 3 months at the rate of $9.99 each time. I have to look at my bill every month and call the cell phone company to give me a refund. Ask them about putting a block on the number also  but still call untill you get it off your phone you should call your cell phone company and tell them that you never signed up for this and they hopfully will give you a refund.  see new info that was posted with the numbers they helped me I will keep loooking at my phone for a long time to make sure that the charges don't show up anymore,

Looks like I should have been actually looking at my phone bill before tonight. I noticed 2 strange charges (1) from SJA Mobile: Alerts - GameTip Alerts -10/23 for $19.99 and (1) PredictoMobile-vte -10/24 $9.99. I went back and look at my old Sprint bills and it looks like they charged me for the 5 months. Looks like I’m out $149 bucks.

I did file complaints to the New Jersey and California Attorney General.

I don’t know how these people get away with this crap.

I also was scammed by SJA for the past 5 months for a total of $ 99.95. I usually don’t check my phone bill but this month I took a look to see why my bill was so high. My daughter had gone way over and as I was putting my Sprint bill away I caught the charge from SJA on one of the pages. I went and checked my old bills and found out they have been charging me for 5 months. I have never even heard of this company until last night.  My kids or wife didn’t do it and if they had they surely wouldn’t have used my cell number when they have their own.  Then would have also just asked and I would have signed them up for it anyway.  I wrote Sprint at 3am last night and told them of this scam and attached a draft copy of the letter I was going to mail to the Attorney General. My letter wasn’t directed at Sprint since Sprint has been very good to me but SJA. This morning I called Sprint and explained everything. They refunded me 1/3 of my money on the phone. I then got on my email and opened the confirmation letter from Sprint for my credit. I wrote them back and thanked them for this refund. I then received another email shortly after stating that they have been authorized to refund me the entire amount. This was very nice of them to do this. I also had them block all premium messages to my 5 phones. I hate being ripped-off and hope someone can put an end to this company.

I have had this happen to me on two separate occasions. I bet this so called SJA instructs you to send more information so that they can commit identity theft and sell your info to other greedy, pathetic, lowlife companies such as themselves... and wouldn't you know it... people actually went for the bait and sent their PERSONAL information to those blood-suckers even I would believe in a refund like that. Tell me, if a man behind a mask told you something and then stole twenty dollars from you right then and there, would you give him your name address and phone number if he said he would give it back?????NO!!!! THIS IS A SCAM!!!!  I HAVE NEVER HEARd OF GAME CHEATS MASTER IN MY LIFE. I HAVE NEVER GIVEN MY PHONE NUMBER AWAY. imagine how f'n' ridiculous this is... the company will charge about fifty dollars to everyone... that is $50 times the millions of people every day!!!! they are thieves, making cheap dirty money for their filthy lifestyles!!! using loop holes... so much for the hardworking American dream!!!

Got this on my phone bill and Sprint won't take it off because the customer service rep said I ordered it!!  Three months in a row I have been trying to block this!  I am done with this.  I am changing my number and changing carriers!

This should be reported.  I always get a bill for $9.99 for Premium TExt Messaging and I never texted or received anything.  I have two lines and both were charged $9.99 each.  Whoever is doing this is making a lot of money without really trying.
