how do you contact these dumb people for a refund.

We too were fraudulently charged for 19.99 a month for "SJA Mobile: Alters - Game Tip Alerts."  The phone number: 800-559-9313 and text address 98550. It is clearly a fraud! We never subscribed to such a service.  We were advised by Sprint to send a message to 98550 to unsubscribe, and charges are still appearing on our account but we now have a block in place and have request a refund from "mobilesupport@helpdeskconnect.com."  This scam counts on folks not to review their cell phone bills.  The feds and/or state attorney generals should investigate and stop this unlawful pracice.

The number my mobile subscriber gave me to call and cancel this service is an answering machine only. I got the same message as everyone else. This scam should be report to the BBB and FCA.

i get text messages but have to read the message before i find out who its from  but im being charged 2 50 JUST TO READ A MESSAGE; HOW CA I STOP THE MESSAGES FROM 8330 ? I FEEL LIKE MOST OF MY WAGES ARE GOING ON TOP UPS FOR MY PHONE ..

my 9 year old nephew accidentally clicked onto a website that asked for a phone number, he put down my cell phone number.  We received a telephone call from the toll free number above.  Please cancel this service ASAP.  Please send confirmation of cancellation via text message to mjjea@msn.com and refund me the charge of $9.99 that was charged to my cell phone (602)403-5645 on January 2, 2009 ASAP as we do not want this charged to the mobile phone.

Well, just emailed them and FORCEFULLY but POLITELY requested my refund, told them I expected it by January 30 2009 since that is 2 weeks from today (thier timeline for refunds) and also emailed them to unsubscribe from ANY and ALL of their lists as I didn't subscribe to ANYTHING from that company.  We'll se what happens.  I did get an email conformation that they recieved my request, and a "ticket #" to track my refund.  As of now, the status is "pending".  If I am successful, I'll let you all know.  Good luck to us all!!!

stop sending me this gametip alert and I want this 19.99 credited to my sprint account

Like everyone else on this site, I to have had charges added to my cell phone bill without my consent. I called Sprint last month and they were suppose to take care of it but when I received my bill this month, there it was again for $9.99. I called Sprint again and this time they gave me a phone number to call to unscribe. Why is the cell phone companies paying these scam companies? And why do the customers have to cancel a service we never subscribed to? If anyone out there files a class action suit, let me know so I can add my name to the list. Let's suit for about $20,000,000.00 Maybe that would sent a message to these companies that are ripping people off and put them out of business once and for all. Has anyone else received a text from 99621? I can't find out anything on them but their phone number is 877-661-1136. I have also been receiving text messages from them.

I received a text message from "23907" on February 3 saying, "New Cheats Available @ Game Cheats Master! Check the site for more info! 1 800 559 9313 9.99 mthly help, stop, info, Happy Gaming!"  I was like "what the heck..ok.."  I just figured it was some kind of annoying advertisement from Sprint, but then I got my next billing statement which listed "SJA Mobile: Alerts - SJA Alerts-01/03"  for 9.99!  

I'm glad I noticed it, but I'm confused why the charge was dated 01/03 when I got the text on 02/03.

I called Sprint.  They told me the charge was not included last month.  They also told me that it appeared like a monthly fee for downloads.  At the time, I still thought it was a charge Sprint put onto my account by mistake.  I told her I had never downloaded anything onto my cell or even used it to access the internet.  She credited my account and blocked the number.  As she was doing this I received another text: "No further text messages will be sent.  Not satisfied?  Email support@game-cheats-master.com"  Still thinking this was from a Sprint number, I asked the rep. if I would continue to get text messages, and she told me I would, just not from that number.

After I got off the phone with Sprint and did some research, I realized this charge had nothing to do with Sprint at all.  I can't believe they would allow a charge to my cell phone with no authorization or verification from me.  Sprint is paying out $, crediting customer accounts for some bogus company they shouldn't have allowed to charge their customers in the first place!  I know I will be watching my account more closely from now on.

i keep getting text messages from them and they say my name is not in the database using that phone number to be contacted.

I got a charge of 9.99 on my cell phone bill for something I never subscribed to.  When I called Verizon, they told me to text back and cancel it so I did.  Even though I didn't subscribe to it and don't even know who the people are, they wouldn't credit my account.  I called the number back for a refund and they wanted more info which they are not getting.  I found this website and decided to comment.  It really pisses me off that people do this.  They must not have a life.  I hope in the future they get caught, everyone eventually does.  This better not happen again.  If you are reading this, whoever is doing this, you suck!

Call your carrier, they will cancel the subscription and block your number. Sprint gave me a number 1-866-225-8021 to contact them. Best of luck!

my daughter keeps getting text messages from game alerts and horoscope offers I want these to stop, so please cancel or unsubscribe her from it. I keep getting charged 19.99 monthly. I never agrees to this.

I have been receiving text mail from this no. How do I make them stop? What kind of spam are they doing? I think I should have my no. changed right away.

I just called it in and found that if your cell phone company is as cool as sprint, they'll take the charge off and block that number from txting you. You don't get charged until you respond in any way, shape, or form.....even the word "stop" so the trick is not responding to them.....F@#*ing txt phishing...

I have been getting texted messages and last month my bill was 97.00. I have reported it to my Sprint Carrier...HELP!!!

I had the same problem, got a text message from some 6 number thing about game cheats.  i texted stop and it stopped for a few days.  Then it started again, numerous texts one after another.   I called sprint and they blocked six digit numbers.  I got my bill today and 19.99 was on it. I Just got off the phone with sprint and they took the charge off and blocked all 3rd party companies from charging my account. Just contact your carrier and they should be able to stop it.

While trying to find a live traffic report online, I happened upon some website that asked for my cell phone number.  Thinking it was a traffic website and they might send me a text (and also assuming I'd have to actually *authorize* any weird cell phone/texting subscriptions), I entered my cell phone number.  Right away, I received the first unwanted text from this company, and a $9.99 charge showed up on my next T-mobile bill. One month later, to the day, I received another text, this time saying something about $19.99 monthly.

Beware of blindly entering your cell phone number *anywhere*.  Apparently, they don't even have to get you to authorize any charges, subscriptions, etc.

I continue to receive text messages from Game cheats masters on a monthly basis.   I have no idea who these guys are- I am afraid to text them back in fear I will be charged.  I want them to take my number off their call list
