i did send them the "stop" txt. they did not stop their monthly txt's to my cell phone. Called t-mobile and got a refung from t-mobile and they also black-listed the source to block it permanently

i was also charged 49.95 of charges and given a bogus web sight. is this doing any good to report these people. why arent they in prison? when i called repeatedly they wanted me to fax them a copy of the bill for the refund. no refund.t7b9

I was on the net one night looking for game cheats for son to use on his playstation 2. Came across this site and they offered to send you FREE texts of updated info for game cheats. I figured FREE, why not. Now I have 19.99 charged to my phone bill since 4/13/09. Who has gotten this removed and credited and how? I am reporting them to the BBB! Any info would greatly help, Thank you!

Reminds me, I also called to have it stopped, figured, fine, my fault, I will pat it and be done with it. I got some person who obviously was in another country and insured me they would stop the charges and refund the bills, No action taken as of yet and a new charge this month, AAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!

This is a [***] scam to take from honest working people. What has the world come to. The phone carriers KNOW and they are probably getting some kickbacks. How else do these people get out numbers??

It is a shame that these people resort to getting money from being dishonest..KARMA will eventually come to get those who are responsible.

i got charged 19.99 on my bill 3 months ago and i been calling the 8666067216 that t-mobile gave i called them may be over 10 times and i haven't got my refund check yet i think this company is not real and they always say my check is in mail and i will get it in 3 to 4 days and my check was mailed on 04-01-09..

I received an unathorized charge on my Verizon bill of $10.19, at no time I have authorized Mobile support to sign me up. When I requested for a refund I was told to wait 4-6 weeks for a check to me mailed to me.
Does anyone out there knows where can I file a formal complain about this company?

I got a call from 1-800-559-0708 by a guy named Tony Rizzo at ext. 1127 for a friend of a neighbor.  The person they asked for has never been at my number or used it, but they had her first and last name.   The also called my neighbor with an almost the exact message, except the message she got was much much meaner.  Tony said we needed to contact him regarding reference number 3409-WA, but my neighbor had a different reference number, he also quoted a Washington State Collection statute.

what an outrageous fraud that is allowed to continue for those who are unaware.

I recieved a text from this number and i did not accept this charge, so I replyed stop to stop the messages from being applied to my phone now I'm being charged $9.99 and I want this charge removed fron my bill. how will i be notified that this charge has been taken off my phone bill?

Received a few of these on my bill.  No one is sure how they got there, as no one in my family signed up for anything on the Web, called it, or sent text messages to sign up for it.  

My mobile phone company took the charges off the bill, and told me to reply to any text from a 5-digit code with "stop".  He also said I could call the 800 number referenced on the phone bill to stop recurring charges.  I just called the 800 number (it's automated) and it says I'm now unsubscribed.  We'll see...

This form of billing has to be illegal.  Many kids have cell phones, and they are not of a legal age to sign such contracts.  The only valid way to do this should be credit or debit card.
