Report a phone call from 800-592-3429 and help to identify who and why is calling from this number.
- anonymousRecv'd call from company, although I stated they had the wrong number & person they were trying to reach was unknown to me, customer rep. harassed me about whereabouts of the person they were trying to reach.
Number does not show up on caller ID, but they have left automated messages, after number was asked to be removed. - ZB -I too received a call from this phone number and yes the representative was rude and nasty. I am definitely going to report them b/c I can not afford to get up in some crazy identity theft scam.
- John R,I recieved a call from them today and I am not sure why but it was on my caller id so I put it in a google search and here I came. I believe that this has to be seriously harrassing. I tried to call it and I got no person so I just hung up.

- annonymousThis is a collection agency. Sprint is one of their clients.
- ToddThey called and left a message on my company furnished/paid, business only cellphone saying they had important personal business for 'some incoherent computer generated name(?)' and I needed to call 800-592-3429 and gave a case number. Seeing so many complaints... I'm not bothering to call these people back.
Here's who they apparently/possibly are:

- JamesI've been receiving the same calls, approx. 3x per week for the past few weeks. Always the same message, some computer generated name that's barely intelligible (but nowhere close to my name), a reference number and the 800-number. Two more calls in the last two days has convinced me to start keeping a log and registering appropriate complaints. Based on comments here and elsewhere, it seems like it would be pointless to call this company.
- RustyPeople call every two hours with automated machine asking for "Gail" or "Dale" and leave information that they have an "important personal matter." When I call back, there is no human available (but they can have their machine call me at 9:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. on a Sunday).
I cannot get to anyone to correct it. I am on the so-called "Do Not Call" list but they call me anyway.
Number they leave is 800-592-3429
From comments on this site, this seems to be common practice. I am going to file complaint with FTC and state attorney general. Won't do any good, but if everyone who comments on this site would do the same there might be some intervention for harrasment, etc. - DThey called me at 8:05 Sunday morning and left no message. Isn't it against some kind of regulations to be called prior to 9:00 am? Who can this be reported to?
- Adam MazariegosI have asked this people to stop calling but they still does at all hours
it frustrating.- Caller: diversified adjustments
- RMI have received calls from them in the past and told them to remove my number since I wasn't an answering service for someone I don't know and they had no business to do with me. They said they would, but they have continued to call. I used the phone companies call screening service and entered their number. No more calls - for a couple months anyway. Then the calls started, but no caller id info shows up, only "Incoming Call", which I won't answer. They left a message yesterday and now I know it's them again.
- let's testI called the 800 number back and it was answered by a pleasant sounding girl. I told her they were calling for someone who wasn't there, Nicole Najeev or Maseem. She said she would delete the number from their list.
Let's see if they actually do or not. I'll follow up in a week. - Nickki| 1 replyThey have been caling my 14 year old brother's line and leaving a message for an 'Andrew C Watson' and when we answer or call the number, we don't ever get back to a live person.
***********i used to work in an outbound highrisk collections department and am well versed in the laws regarding phone harassment. what they are doing is ILLEGAL. it is not illegal for them to call you UNTIL you tell them that the phone number they are calling does not belong to who they are trying to reach. after that point, they MUST LEGALLY stop calling you. i think also a lot of people get hung up on because they are probably using an autodialer. it seems this company has stict rules for their reps on the phone - slightest change in voice tone, then they hang up to avoid you being able to tell them to stop calling. so they can keep calling. the best approach is this: get a recorder and when they call you, be as polite as possible, and tell them you are sorry you don't know the person and for the entire company to stop calling you. if they argue, then politely ask for their address. after they give it to you, let them know you will be contacting the BBB and the FCC. Tell them you will record all calls to support your complaint with the FCC. you can only record calls in a state that is not a 'dual party consent state', unless you first tell them that you are recording the call within 10 seconds- which they will most likely hang up on you. They legally must stop! what makes me think that this company is not even a legal company is that they aren't following the laws. you can use the recordings and keep a call log and use it to se them. keep copies of your phone bill and voicemails. what needs to happen is if enough people do tis, they can open a class action lawsuit and shut the company down. i have seen the company i used to work for, which is well known, have to pay millions for a computer error on a dialer that keptcalling people without purpose, or for even rude representatives.
it is not worth talking to anyone inside this company, but for the recording, you should ask for a manager after you have told the rep that you don't know the person hey are calling for, and remember to always be polite. this will show that they would have no reason to hang up on you or call you back when you have told them not to.
MOST IMPORTANT! don't ever ever EVER give out your name, address, or any information about yourself. the law does not require you to give out this information to make a company you don't have business with to stop calling you. what i believe they are doing is phishing people for id theft. there is no reason a collections agency would continuously pay employees to knowingly call and hang up on people that really don't owe them money!
I called Sprint to block the number and his phone doesn't carry that feature. i put in a complaint with Sprint, as they verified my brother's phone number used to belong to an Andrew C Watson. They stated the phone number is not from their outside collections department. we will see what happens.- Caller: Diversified Adjustment Services
- Nickki| 1 replyAlso, if they are calling a business, you need to state "this is a business. do not call again" the laws for calling residences and businesses are different, because they are interferring with a business' ability to conduct business.
you should also contact and write the attorney general, and provide the company information, the phone numbers, and what steps you have tried to get them to stop calling you.
even if you are smart enough to know not to give out your infrmation to these people, they take advantage of the disabled and elderly constantly - that is what they live off of - so please participate andmake the appropriate complaints with yourlocal government. i am going to look up the government officials in THEIR address and see if they can do something as well.- Caller: Diversified Adjustment Services
- Becky DuvallWe have received two calls from this phone number.
Spoke with individual (Howard) who asked for my daughter by her nick name.
Howard asked me to have her call back and ask for him.
I called the number and was asked (by recorder) for an account number. - AAThey keep calling daughter's cell phone saying they r looking for "Saul Figureoa" -- advsd him they hv wrong # and to remove her # from his list -- he did not believe that I did not know this "Saul" person... when I pressed to find out who the caller was - he hung up...
- Caller: would not tell me
- SkittlesYea I"m having the same problem they called me back in january talking bout a bill and I thought they were legit gave them my name and they been calling me hanging up as you guys stated refuse to give me their information so. I asked them just recently what bill you guys say I owe they say pay your bill then hang up. Then one day they asked for my credit card number so I asked the lady to give me her name she refused saying that she doesn't have time to deal with me and hung up.. Now what you guys can do is go to donotcall.gov this put you the list from any 800 or toll free calls from calling you. You have to wait 30 days before you make a complaint I told these people that you are not suppose to be call me and if you do, you're going against the law of privacy of people who have asked you not to call. They will call that's when you go on the website file a complaint you will get a letter and you might have the police call you. I know i owe a few bills but they always let you know what you owe and not give you attitudes. Now if I'm calling you private you're not suppose to know my name age an social security number just by a cell phone number that's not mine. Their trying to say that I've called them over and over but I have them recorded on my phone. So for everyone make sure you record them and take them to the law that way you can stop this from happening to someone else..

- Skittlesthey also have another number they try to call you from notice when they call one of the numbers will be 800 592 3492 and thers a 800 592 3429 now they are trying to be smart saying that you never told them to stop calling but remember they are the same people and they think their smart.. but if you go on donotcall.gov this blocks all 800 numbers and they will think you only blocking one number thats where they are not so smart.. there's 2 numbers they have their calling on... but on my phone bill this number has never called me until today so there for how can i possible call you and spoke with you on a number thats never popped up on my phone bill.. so watch out for those 2 numbers
