This number continues to call and harass.  How does one find out where they are located..a physical address...so our attorney can send them a certified letter.

I get an automated call from this number asking for Samual King.  I have had the same home phone number for 20 years. The automated voice instucts one that if this is not Samual King, please hit #3 and you will be taken off of their list.  I have done this repeatedly.  Today, I actually spoke with a human being and I told him that I wasn't Samual King and that I have gotten many calls for him.  I told the guy that I was on the DO NOT CALL list and he said he wasn't a solicitor but wanted to speak with Sam. I told him that he needed to take my number off their list as I was not Samual King.  I'm sure I will get more calls.

Receiving calls from 800 592 3429 at least 3 times a day.  The message left is "regarding important personal business".  Very annoying and time consuming.  The person the message is for is not even at this number!!!.

These guys are still up an running! Have received hang up calls and recorded msgs asking for a Carlos (?) Garcia on my cell. Weird creepy borg voice. Have added my number to the do not call list but doubt that will help unless I file a complaint every time I am called. I refuse to answer because it uses my minutes that I pay for! Toll free my @ss.

I figure that if they were a legit company they would have said their name on the msg. BTW, isn't it illegal to call with a recorded msg according to the FCC?

I guess my main question is, how the hell did they get my unlisted, do not call number? Or are they just randomly punching buttons hoping to scam someone with ID theft? GRRRRR....

The reason they don't state their company name is because it is a direct violation of the FDCPA. It has nothing to do with being legit. Also, it is not illegal to call with a recorded message. They are debt collectors, not telemarketers. The only way they would have gotten your telephone is if the person they are looking for gave it to them. It's possible the debtor they are looking for had your telephone number in the past. Also, adding your number to the do not call list does not affect bill collectors. Only solicitors. If you call their toll free number and let them know they have an incorrect number they will gladly remove the number. I had the same issue, called them and a very nice lady removed my number I never got a call again. That was 6 months ago. Instead of wasting your time on the computer complaining about something, take care of it by calling. It'd be a lot quicker to resolve the issue than complain about it.

These people have been calling me for months! They are asking for somebody that I have never heard of but yet they will not take me off their call list. A tip from a friend helped me stop the problem. You can download a program called "Mr. Number" onto your cell phone and you can block and also mark/report as spam.
Ever since I have had this program, the calls have been blocked and I don't have to deal with them anymore :) It works for all aggrevating numbers that call you.
Its just a suggestion since I know how bothersome these calls can be :)

Yep, they won't shut the hell up. They finally left me alone. Then they called again about two months later looking for a joseph mcguire again

Try this when they call, as they have stopped calling me.
Answer the Phone when you know its their number like this:
"Hello, this is US Abortion services, You rape 'em, we Scrape 'em. How may I direct  your call?"

It crude, as they are, but it has worked for me.

Calls my house DAILY for someone I've never heard of. Can never get a hold of anyone to get the calls to stop.

The left me a message saying they were looking to speak with "Them Brothers"

800-592-3429 is calling me on my cell for Yolanda Smith.  I do not know this person but they continue to call with no option to stop the calls.  I finally got a case number:  15184469.

I have reported this company before. Since I last turned them in I have sent them three more additional cease and assist letters and in them asking for proof of debt. They have not hindered to the letters, instead they call me 4 times a day on my phone and three to five times per day on my childrens cell phones These are 10 and 12 yr olds who are getting harrasing calls telling them to tell there mom to learn how to pay bills and maybe they wouldnt get calls. Seriously who harasses kids I have called them not using nice laugage at times telling them to leave my kids alone and grow up. I have also informed the company that contuning to call after the cease and assist letters its violating the law they said they can robo call or personal call anyone any time that they arent abiding to the law. I have recieved phone calls from them on sunday which is suppose to be a day of rest, they have called after 9pm and done repeated calls, they have called distant relatives of both mine and my husband, I was even told by one that they would take everything in my house and my car to pay this bill and that maybe CPS should take my kids cause Im a dead beat B*tch who cant pay my bills. This company has gone way to far.

This company calls repeatedly, automated machine looking for someone who isn't at this #. I called back and told them not to call my number and I'm on the DNC list. Guy lied to me said they never called my number and was rude.  Spammer fraudulent bill collection.

They use a predictive dial system. If you are getting these calls on a cell phone with voice mail they will keep calling back cause the voice mail picked up the call. Call the number back and use the option to talk to a rep and ask to be removed from the list.
