Yep, Citi for Home Depot.  But what bugs me is that their calling cycle is out of sync with the billing cycle.  They are calling, but the $$ isn't due for a few days, and we're not behind.  We spoke with them about it before and they fixed it, but it's happening again.

That and there's only someone on the other end one time out of the several calls they make.  I hate computer dialed calls.

We need to start a movement against Bell Canada, they are the real culprits.  Who else could give numbers that can't be called back??  These f***ks would be useless if they didn't have phone numbers that they used responsibly.

The why are they calling business numbers and not asking for anyone?  This company does not even do business with Home Depot and neither do our employees!

This is quite an annoying practice. They have been calling at least daily and leaving no message. I think this is a perfect way to kill whatever buisness they are trying to promote. A least man up and identify yourself!!!!!

i don,t like it. If there,s a problem with my account i exspect a real person to be on the phone at $4 bucks a minute while i,am on vacation out the country.

Don't act like it's their fault !

When purchasing our new countertop in November, we were told that the Home Depot card was offering a special deal of no interest, no payments until Jan 2012. Since the special offer was only for that weekend, I questioned the associate - the way a countertop purchase works, only the deposit is paid up front until the actual template is made, over a week later. The associate assured me that the entire purchase would be covered under the offer. Less than two weeks later, we received a bill showing only the deposit, and a minimum payment due (in other words, nothing was 'under the deal'). We called the company and were told that the associate was wrong. We went to the store to pay it out, and were told that no, the entire amount would be under the special offer. I have not received another bill. Now, they have started calling daily. Not sure why, 'cause I don't answer 800 calls, but they don't leave a message, and from other posts here, looks like they are after a late payment...I will be paying this out in full and complaining to the company, but I would advise anyone else to avoid these 'special' deals, as the associates don't seem fully trained or informed on selling them...maybe they just get something for pushing the card on people?

Even when your balance is zero they call but no one on answers when u say hello.  So don't give that crap that u need to pay the bill n that it's not their fault coz it is clearly their fault.

this is crazy/even when i pick up there is always a pause and i am put on hold.

This number calls 10 times a day and when you answer there is juts dead air, no one says anything, its very annoying and the calls come all day and into the night!!!

Got two calls this mornign between 7:40 and 8:45 a.m. Not impressed!If indeed it is Home Depot as many of you have listed,  If our business is so important to you, call at a decent hour.

Note to companies: I do not answer phone calls from unknown callers, so identify yourselves on Caller ID. (It should be a legal requirement!!!! )Nor do I give personal info over the phone unless I,m the one calling the company myself....DODO birds!!! Too many scams going on in this world, for these types of practices to be continuing. I,m actually considering getting rid of all phone numbers and becoming a hermit! HA!

uh, excuse me, but they emailed me about a charge I paid 2 months before, on time, IOW, the payment was NOT NOT NOT late. And, it was for like $8 anyway. Who calls for that amt?

Me they kept calling and we dont even own a credit card from them and we never activated it.. We even cut it with a paif of scissors..Now they are calling us telling us we owed them 800$....

ok now..Mr. Home Repo guy/gal....perfect person that you are....sometimes ppl aren't able to make their payment on time for whatever reason...things do happen unexpectedly sometimes...but...even when you talk to someone at citicards about your payment and make arrangements with them...you're getting more calls a day or two later.......the ba$tards!

I get a phone call about twice a day I DO NOT own a Home Depot credit card and when i picked up the phone I kindly told them that and they rudely replied "this is the number we were provided with so it must be you" so I just added the to my call block list 8P

i think that we all wouldn't mind so much these ppl calling if THEY WOULD LEAVE A FRIGGIN' MESSAGE!!!!!
